It's been two weeks since I ordered and I haven't received the item yet, I haven't even received a shipping notification yet you asked me for a review. Hard to review something that hasn't arrived yet .....

Estoy contento con el producto, no tanto con que me hayan engañado con el precio total del producto... despues de pagar el producto ademas del transporte he tenido que hacerme cargo de los aranceles de aduanas para que me fuera entregado el producto...
Este último pago no aparecía en ningún lado pero DHL me lo pidió para podermelo entregar.
Me he sentido totalmente estafado y percibo una total falta de seriedad en esta empresa

Hello! Although the shipping went a little slow, (i know my country is not around the corner) the case itself is totally worth it. Feels soft to the touch, not flimsy, but rugged. It looks like it will stop a full drop from meters. It surely protects the corners, cameras stay inside. Would like to have a screen protector but all the edges (from the screen) feel like it would surely be protected from a drop.

This is the biggest joke ever cant deliver in time, aswell as it an exact copy of another brand, identical to another cover i purchased while i waited for this one. Biggest joke ever!

Very disappointed. Shipping costs $20.00 and I was not told this was shipping from China. It's been a week and my package hasn't left Hong Kong. Tracking is terrible. They wouldn't tell me what carrier would be delivering. I ordered this a week in advance for a trip and a week later it hasn't even shipped.

Ordered two items, a phone case and a car stand
They emailed me saying that the stand didn't go with the case and would I like to remove it from my order. There goes my free shipping but okay. Then I wait forever for my case to show up. They said it was delivered to my mailbox but I never received anything. Interesting delivery service with tracking number that I never heard of but it apparently was enough to get PayPal to agree with them. Case closed, $64.00 in their favor, me ZIP.
I have reached out to them one last time, but this is not over by a long shot. SCAM.

you replied to my messages after 3 weeks.. to tell me that your product is not in stock anymore... the communication is very bad

DO NOT BUY FROM ARMOR X. The case is of basic quality, but I paid more for shipping than the case itself. Then when I finally arrived in America (very slow shipping & slow response times) I got an email from DHL saying that I owed $20 duty fee. So in the end the case was $15, shipping was another $20, and then the DHL duty fee was an additional $20 bringing the $15 case to a total of $55. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They take your money and then don’t respond to emails. Ordered quite a while ago and not yet shipped.

The products are not worth the money nor does it work as advertised.

Cheap Chinese product. Very low quality for the price. Click system is unreliable. And they did not even fill in import papers properly so I had to pay fee. Awful. Avoid at all costs.

I have order Two products but not receiver so far,money paid,but it is a fake and worest company why Facebook promoters fraud deceiving companies.

Love the product, with the only problem being they don't offer a kickstand that allow's 'vertical' positioning.

The thing that soured me on the experience was the ordering of the kickstand attachment. Was told the shipping was included, then hit "pay" and the shipping was not (but I'd already paid, so couldn't go back without hassle.) THEN got a call from customs and had to pay another €10 to receive the item. So, a €10 item cost €10 +10 +10. :(

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.Been a month - paid extra for delivery and been a month and no contact or response. . BUYER BEWARE.. Shame as the exising case I had (purchased from a store not online) worked well. .

Thumb print scanner will not work through the cheap plastic cover Armor-X gives you, I had to get a better screen protector so the thumb print would read properly.
ordered it 10/11/2025 took 4 weeks to get it
