Customer service does not exist; after calling multiple times they did not pick up a single time.
After reading the reviews I email them asking for a refund since I will no longer need their products. NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. Scam!

Es hat mir richtig gut gefallen, dass ich ohne Konto noch shoppen und auschecken konnte. Man muss aber die Order Nr. ordentlich schreiben und bewahren. Falls man die Email vertippt, kann er noch durch den Kundenservice seine Bestellung verfolgen. Sonst hat man verbockt. Ich habe diese Erfahrung gemacht, aber die Karolina vom Kundenservice ist sehr hilfreich und freundlich gewesen.

Die Sendung kam 3 Tage nach meiner Bestellung. Das war schnell, da wir rechnen muss, dass die Ware aus Polen verschickt wurde. Ob dieser Bleistift Original oder nicht, kann ich bis nun nichts sagen. Hoffentlich ist doch legit.

Everything came as expected. Authentic products and great prices. Was a bit afraid with all the bad reviews.

Anche se il logo del sito così come altri dettagli mi avevano inizialmente insospettito, ho comunque deciso di effettuare l’ordine. Il sito non è riconducibili direttamente a Parker ma ad un negozio Polacco.Esperienza molto buona, dopo un piccolo fraintendimento iniziale( il prodotto sembrava non essere disponibile dopo il pagamento), il servizio clienti ( solo in inglese) ha subito risposto alle telefonate, risolvendo il problema. La penna Parker è originale, con scatola e garanzia. La spedizione rispetta i tempi indicati in fase di acquisto e il servizio offerto risulta complessivamente molto buono. Il sito si ricollega al sito sellsell.pl( nessun problema).

My order never arrived and was sent to an access point who doesn't respect the open hours so I can't have my order and the customer was useless in the nicest way of speaking. I'm beyond anger because they make close my dispute from PayPal but didn't want to give my order nor my money back

Read the negative reviews after I allready ordered, but to my relief the pen was delivered quickly and it is not a counterfeit product. Happy with the service

The site is not related to Parker, despite what the design of the site looks like.
The pens they sell are counterfeit.

This is not parker. It is fake. The ink is not black like original parker ink and the pen is not a real parker pen. I use the vector pen since more than 20 years. I always mixed different parts of my parker pens. like the red top on the black pen and with this pen its doesn't fit.
The best was that on de box of the pen there was a made in china stikker. I am sooo dissapointed. by the way the real shopname is SellSell.pl

The product was send fast, arrive fast. And it is like the description.
I was a litle bit afraid to buy in this sites, because there weren't many reviews.
Final review: I recomend a lote, the price is low then the normal prices in market.

As a parker pen lover for years I happily placed an order for a pen that was advertised as part of the pearl collection > pearl white colour. Not only the name but also the pictures showed the gorgeous white pearl colour of the pen. When it arrived I got disappointed since the pean looks really cheap and it’s a silver metal pen> nothing pearly or white at all!!! I wanted to get it exchanged but I was offered to send it pack and I need to pay for the shipping costs too.. It’s kind of a joke..

Ho ordinato una penna con incisione e custodia in pelle per un regalo. I prezzi sono convenienti e l'incisione era perfetta. La cosa interessante rispetto a molti altri siti è che consente di incidere un gran numero di caratteri, permettendo di scegliere attraverso un simulatore font, grandezza, allineamento e posizionamento sulla penna. La consegna è stata effettuata nei tempi previsti e la spedizione era tracciabile. Inoltre l'assistenza clienti si è dimostrata disponibile, rispondendo in tempi brevi alle mie e-mail.
