Un grand merci à Ludivine qui a été absolument au top : à l’écoute, de très bon conseil et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Elle a su m’orienter parfaitement en prenant le temps de bien comprendre mes besoins. C’est rare de bénéficier d’un accompagnement aussi personnalisé. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

I ordered a frame (SAINT LAURENT - SL 893/J-004) from Paris Lunetier on April 9th and received an order confirmation stating I would receive them in 4 to 9 working days. It also said I would receive shipping information as soon as they were sent. Since I didn't get any info on the shipping, I wrote to them on April 15th to hear about the status, but I just received the exact same standard order confirmation once more. Then the day after, on April 16th, I get a message that my order is cancelled because they are out of stock. I have full understanding that they can’t deliver something they don’t have, but the response time is very long and the communication is poor. So, me and the rest of my family won't be ordering from here again.

We understand your disappointment, but it’s important to point out that with a catalog of over 100,000 references, stock errors can unfortunately happen — it’s only human.
Additionally, you were not charged: this was only a payment authorization, with no actual capture of funds.
Given these elements, your comment seems somewhat inappropriate.
That said, we are still sorry for this experience and are working every day to improve our service.

Un opticien chez qui l'on est bien accueilli et dans un cadre calme et serein.
Tout est mis en œuvre pour satisfaire vos souhaits et au final on en ressort conquis et heureux d un achat en tous points conforme à nos envies.
