Placed an order site easy to navigate, Delivery times were good I ordered Christmas day - it arrived 7th Jan so was pleased, products were discounted on this site so made an overall saving. Have placed a second order today hopefully it goes just as smoothly as the first order.

Better don’t buy anything from them. I placed order 02.12.2021. Today is 06.12.2021 and still my order is not send. 5 days is Status: Preparing Delivery. Avoid it.

Let’s just say there was nothing dreamy about purchasing from this Company. I ordered, they took the money, delivered no product. They do not respond to emails, or phone calls. There operators are apparently always busy, but don’t fear you can leave a msg, just don’t bank on someone calling you back. Avoid this company, read reviews.

Har efterhånden været kunde i nogle år og det har altid fungeret perfekt. Kan kun anbefales.

Não façam compras nesse site, inclusive as avaliações positivas sobre ele que estão aqui, parecem fake. 3 ou 4 avaliações positivas em um mesmo dia, com espaço de tempo entre elas, e depois mais avaliações positivas em um mesmo dia. Completei a compra de produtos no site, fiz o pagamento, o dinheiro foi debitado de minha conta mas no entanto não recebi email de confirmação e tão pouco há registro da compra dos produtos em "minhas encomendas" no site. Acredito ter sido vítima de burla.

I ordered a parfume on the 17.01, was shipped from Germany 19.01, delivered to Croatia 21.01.
Almost cancelled the order due to some negative feedback on Trust Pilot. The package condition was great, parfume in original packaging, checked the code on producer's web page, all legit. The only negative remark is to a customer service who never replied on why the dhl code is not working (it worked the day after) or to me trying to cancel an order. Worked well at the end, but it's not a good approach to ignore customers wishes.

Ich habe nun das vierte mal hier bestellt und bei der ersten Retoure verlief alles super. Nun musste ich nach Weihnachten zwei Pakete zurücksenden. Bei einem dieser Pakete laufe ich nun seit einem Monat hinter meiner Rückerstattung her und der Kundenservice vertröstet mich jedes mal aufs Weitere. Ich werde hier nie wieder etwas bestellen und es auch niemandem empfehlen!!!

After complaining about the fact that I had never received my order confirmation , you send me another email to tell me that my order was being shipped by DHL . You gave a number that did not work , you then sent me a tracking number and I have just read that you have requested to defer the delivery of my order ! Your company is the worst business I have ever ordered from . I have paid over £6.99 delivery and have now been waiting for over 14 days for my make up.
What is going on ?????

I made an order on Parfumdreams.it (Order 89958848). The parcel has arrived at my destination open with no purchased goods. I have opened a report to the site and at the DHL Courier but Parfumdreams, after many months, has not yet provided for the refund of the goods lost. Bad customer service.

Please don’t use this company if you are in the UK. They show a delivery date within 4 days on the order confirmation, but they fail to deliver within 4 weeks. They say they’ve despatched and they haven’t. Using COVID-19 as an excuse. I could understand a delay of a week or even 2, but not 4 weeks plus, when other companies from Germany have delivered items with little or no delays. I would never use this company again and I would highly recommend against using them. If you are within Germany there may not be a problem, but their customer service is appalling with one excuse after another although give them their due, they did respond to emails fairly quickly.

Après avoir commencé un panier sur le site, j'ai voulu regarder les avis sur ce dernier comme je le fais à chaque fois. Après avoir vu un bon nombre de commentaire négatif type "aucun mail de suivi, je n'ai jamais pu être remboursé, aucun contact avec le SAV etc." j'étais très hésitante, mais j'ai finalement passé commande. Je tiens à préciser que dans ma commande il n'y avait aucun parfum et que j'ai vérifié que tous les produits étaient disponibles sur le site (et pas en restockage).
J'ai commandé le 24/04 (en période de confinement) pour environ 56€ dont 10€ de réduc (vraiment pas cher pour tout ce que j'ai pu acheté). Il est vrai que pour le suivi de la préparation de la commande, je n'ai reçu aucune information MAIS je suis allée sur leur Facebook les questionner et on m'a gentiment répondu (dans la journée) qu'il y aurait avoir des délais supplémentaires mais que pas de soucis, j'allais recevoir ma commande. Et j'ai bien reçu ma commande le 07/05, et aucun soucis lors du déballage de ma commande.
En bref, je conseille le site si vous n'êtes pas pressé et que vous ne voulez pas faire de cadeau de dernières minutes (j'ai vu que les commentaires étaient assez salé concernant les parfums mais cela peut être évité selon moi si vous faites attention lors de votre sélection)

I’ve ordered some products 3 weeks ago, some were available, some not. I’ve received an email before the delivery day that I need to wait more, between 5 and 10 days to have the products, which I did. On 11th day, I’ve asked them if they know when my products will be delivered. I’ve received a standard emaiæ that I need to wait between 5 and 10 days. Well, my money stayed in their account for 23 days, does not seem fare to me this deal. At least the products available could have been delivered. I could have ordered them in another site.
