Terrible packaging of order and not less terrible and disrespectful customer support. My order was not properly packed. Makeup powder items were just thrown into the carbord box without any bubble wrap, pap or plastic protection. As results three powder blushes came completely shuttered and unusable (30% of my order and price I paid).Also all other packaging got destroyed (covered in pink powder)Customer support called it "minor damage and offered 7% refound. Which is totally unacceptable, because it doesn't even cover one item.

Wollte Gutschein einlösen, funktionierte nicht. Darauf hin schrieb ich zwei Mails , kein Antwort erhalten. Es erfolgte ein Anruf wo ich meinen Unmut geäußert habe selbst da hatte ich das Gefühl das es der Mitarbeiter egal ist. Daher ist meine Meinung Nicht empfehlenswert

Arrived within 5 days despite the Cyber Weekend rush which I think is good. Yes, they use evri - but so does everyone else. Luck of the draw with your local driver I guess.
One thing I would note is that they generate shipment labels a few days before actually handing it over so I did panic a bit at first as tracking didn't update for a few days. Also there is a delivery estimate in the initial dispatch email which is easy to miss near the bottom.
However, it arrived on time and at a good price so would definitely use them again.

Ich hatte ein defektes Produkt, eine Rückerstattung wäre das einzig logische. Es wird aber eine kostspielige, versicherte Rücksendung des Produkts erwartet!!!

Bad experience. Bad customer service.

I ordered aftershave in Sept 2024 EVRI stated they delivered it and had a picture of teh parcel outside my close door when I arrived home 5 hours later the parcel that they say was in a "safe place" was gone and they wont do anything to assist they said "its been delivered we have proof" - no pal you have a picture I have no aftershave and out of pocket £70. Will not be ordering from here again and EVRI are a shower of shite also.

I placed an order with Parfumdreams a few days ago, which included 37 items. However, only 32 items were delivered to me, and I sent an email with proof, including photos of the box I received and the number of items that arrived. I spent over £600 on this order. When I contacted customer service, they refused to accept responsibility for the issue. Despite my request to check the CCTV footage from their warehouse or contact the courier, they ignored my concerns.

I would not recommend this company at all. It seems like a scam, and the customer service is terrible. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and won’t be shopping here again.

NEVER AGAIN: They cancelled my order from Switzerland and didn't reimburse the amount paid. They keep ignoring my e-mails. Stay away!

Parcel arrived missing an item. Contacted them about this and they failed to reply within 72 hours, which I thought was a fair amount of time to wait. Then I sent them messages every day, only to receive a patronising message about only using the 'original' email, which I assume was meant to mean their response to my original issue, problem was they never replied to it!! Not very good customer service! Certainly won't be purchasing from the again, lower prices seem to mean missing items and no responses when highlighted!

I ordered the Hugo Boss - The Scent (100ml spray) on September 26th, and it arrived on October 1st. I want to share my positive experience with Parfumdreams.

Contrary to some negative reviews claiming it’s a scam, I had no issues whatsoever. This is not a fake website, and the products are genuine. I tested my fragrance immediately upon arrival, and it smells just as it should.

Considering it shipped from Germany to the UK, I don’t find a delivery time of just over a week to be long at all. I would definitely use parfumdreams again in the future.

The packaging was excellent, and they even included two free samples. I really have no complaints and can't understand the negative feedback others have shared.

Highly recommended!

Skriver igen for at fortælle at nu den 27 august er der hverken svar, vare eller penge retur for en vare bestil start august. De ved ikke hvad de skal svare fordi deres bogholderi ikke svarer. I 3 uger ingen svar fra deres egen afdeling. Det er alligevel vildt.

Despite numerous emails including photographs of supporting evidence and eventually a phone call to the hard-to-find 'customer services' 0800 number, I have still not received a refund. The box which was supposed to contain a 50 ml spray of Sisley Eau de Campagne, contained only two sample sachets of Biotherm face cream. Terrible customer service

El día 20/02 hice una compra con Parfumdreams, la cual nunca se me entrego. Les comente la situación y me pidieron una declaración, para hacer una investigación con DHL la cual envié. Desde DHL el día 22/04 confirmaron la perdida de mi paquete. A día de hoy 15/05 aún no he recibido ninguna solución por parte de Parfumdreams.
