I found th whole process easy with clear accurate carriers for you parcel and prices for said carriers .Just input all the information they ask for like size weight of parcel then they do the rest all you need to do is pick one that suits your needs.I chose UPS who gave me a price but then charged me a additional fee after delivery which I was not happy about .The delivery to destination was quick and I received email to confirm delivery and was very happy with the service apart from the additional fee.

Courier delivered parcel in the evening (after the recipient business was closed) to an unsecured location. It was fortunate that it was still there when they reopened the next day.

It worked so well. I had my doubts that a parcel would travel from Northumberland to a rural area in Ontario in 3 days. It arrived in good condition as well. Brilliant.

The parcel was delivered successfully, but unfortunately I cannot rate the overall experience highly because of the unexpected charges on arrival.

The parcel contained only original personal documents sent to my brother in Egypt. However, the recipient was charged EGP 898.08 in cash on delivery, including clearance charges, postal licence fees and “official receipts”. The customs duty itself was only EGP 0.50.

I have contacted ParcelCompare, DPD and Aramex to ask for a clear explanation and supporting documents for these charges, but I am still waiting for a proper response.

I hope this issue can be investigated and resolved, as the shipment contained personal documents only.

This was my first time using parcel compare. Also paid for a signature at delivery but one wasn’t obtained but receipt of goods has been confirmed by supplier and my refund is underway

I was given incorrect information regarding my drop off point. I tried to deliver my parcel to the designated place and was told they no longer accept FedEx parcels, the next place I tried was also no longer taking FedEx. When I did manage to deliver it was late. I was also asked for customs information that was not needed. All this made the process stressful.However the parcel did arrive safely & I was able to track it.

Fantastic experience with ParcelCompare.
The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was due to the 5 hour pick up window which overran by almost an hour. Had I been working it wouldn’t have mattered. Was in the process of trying to find out if pickup would still be made, it didn’t feel easy to contact anyone but did see an option for AI or human, nice. (The bot was one of the best responses I’ve had so far with AI)
I was given a 2 day delivery window. If I’m honest I really felt that was unrealistic as I thought it would be held up in customs at the other end, however, was amazed it was delivered exactly as stated. Excellent service.
Again for the lost star, I paid for a signature, which I didn’t get.
On the whole, great experience and would definitely recommend, especially overseas (not tried for mainland uk). Thank you 😁

**Very disappointing experience – still unresolved after more than two months**
I booked and paid for a parcel to be delivered through ParcelCompare using FedEx. The parcel was collected on 8 July but was never delivered and was eventually returned to me.
I was initially told that the parcel had been returned because FedEx needed additional information for customs and that their records showed the “customer was contacted”. However, I had received no email, phone call or other communication asking me for anything.
After I challenged this, ParcelCompare investigated with FedEx. On 5 August, I was then told that **FedEx had confirmed they could not see any record of communication actually being sent to me**. They also confirmed that the online tracking did not show any specific action that I needed to take.
Despite this, the issue is still unresolved. Since 28 August I have repeatedly been told that ParcelCompare is “waiting for billing confirmation” before reviewing the case. It is now the end of September.
I understand that customs issues can occur, but I cannot provide information that I have never been asked for. I paid for a delivery service, the parcel was not delivered, FedEx has acknowledged there is no record of them contacting me, and more than two months later I still do not have a resolution.

The communication has been polite, but the length of time this has taken and the lack of a meaningful resolution have been extremely frustrating. I would simply like ParcelCompare to take responsibility for resolving the issue and either refund the failed delivery or arrange for the parcel to be sent again without further cost to me.
