It's been almost a month since I paid…
It's been almost a month since I paid for my purchase, but it turned out that one of the two items was missing. I asked for a refund, but they told me one had already been shipped. As a result, I didn't receive that item either because, for some reason, it was returned to the seller. Bottom line: I'm left without both my money and the item.

The verifiable facts are as follows:
The order was properly processed and shipped within the stated timeframe.
The carrier transported the parcel to the destination country.
The shipment was marked “undeliverable” due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
As a direct consequence, the parcel has been automatically returned to sender, in line with standard international shipping procedures.
Accordingly, your statement that you are “left without both the item and the money” is factually incorrect:
The item is not lost; it is currently in transit back to our warehouse.
A refund or reshipment cannot be issued prior to the physical return of the goods, as clearly stated in the terms accepted at purchase.
It must also be noted that:
No issue regarding the delivery address was raised prior to the failed delivery attempt, despite multiple tracking updates being available.
The failed delivery is directly attributable to the address details provided by the customer, not to any failure on our part.

I got the product safe and sound, well packaged - but the time it arrived was looong. I ordered it at the end of January and arrived today (20th Feb.), with two days delay. Tracking was fine and clear so I wasn't that worried, but it took them 2-3 weeks to even send the package for transit.

On refuse de me rembourser et on me dit que si ça ne me convient pas je dois renvoyer à mes frais. C'est inadmissible et illégal qui plus est. Je vais devoir ouvrir un litige PayPal !

votre publication ne met en évidence aucun manquement de notre part, mais révèle au contraire une mauvaise interprétation du produit que vous avez vous-même sélectionné et validé.
Les faits sont simples, objectifs et vérifiables :

✔️ La contenance était clairement indiquée avant paiement
✔️ Les éléments techniques (EAN, description, visuels, INCI) correspondent parfaitement
Il n’existe donc :
❌ aucune erreur d’expédition
❌ aucune différence de produit
❌ aucune tromperie
❌ aucune non-conformité
Votre affirmation selon laquelle vous auriez reçu un produit différent est donc objectivement infondée.
La situation relève en réalité d’un changement d’appréciation après réception, sans incidence sur la conformité du produit.
Sur le plan juridique :
l’invocation d’une prétendue “illégalité” est totalement inappropriée et juridiquement incorrecte.
