To date no sign of items purchased and not heard back about when I can expect the order.
Seem to be keen on getting review but apart from negative neglected review not sure what else to say

I made my order over a week ago and…

I made my order over a week ago and it’s still not even been dispatched. It was two notebooks available in every paperchase store up and down the country so that’s not good enough. Then I’ve contacted you for an update and that’s been delayed too. I have ordered from you loads and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had

Still waiting…

I still haven’t received the product I ordered, or even an email to say it’s been dispatched. All I have had is multiple reminders to review your service on Trustpilot!

Full refund and apology submitted by return

I paid for several items from the website. The confirmation came through by email and payment was taken. However, when I received my order there was an item missing which was important to me. I waited a couple of days to see if would arrive. When it did not I contacted Customer Services and asked for a refund, because he item was for Valentines Day, which was long gone by this time. I received a full refund and an apology by email with an explanation. I will continue to use Paperchase as this matter was sorted out quickly .
