Missing items, poor customer service

So I ordered some cards from their website, and only one of them arrived and I sent them an email the same day, and I received an automated email back saying I will be replied to in 3 working days it’s been a week and nothing, no email, the other card still hasn’t turned up. Very poor customer service!

Good stuff, slow to ship

They have really great high quality stuff however I recently put an online order through and haven't heard anything since. It has been 5 days since they confirmed my order and I have received nothing about them actually sending it.
