Shoes are really bad quality!

I ordered 2 sizes of their new green boots and they both arrived damaged. The leather has already ripped on parts of the boot, mostly along the stitching. I don’t think this is caused by shipping, this looks like poor production. Considering these boots where 300 euros this is unacceptable.

I have bought clothes from Paloma wool before which where totally fine, and I really loved the boots. I expected better from them.

I’ve been following PW for a super long time now and always been in awe by their designs and creative direction. I’m a fashion design student and love finding brand that are just so aesthetically pleasing. I finally decided to save up for a piece and I really hate to say this but it’s not worth the price…the pants I bought are already falling apart. Really can’t justify the quality for what I paid.

Always completely beautiful designs - I love every piece I own from Paloma Wool. It also comes with a warm and heartful service - they always help me out fast if I have questions or need to switch a size. THANKS <3 <3 <3

Bad quality....only useable for pictures not for actual wearing

Awful customer service. Product not delivered and then embroiled in multiple emails which the assistant didn't seem to understand or was willfully misunderstanding. Put me off ever buying anything from them again when expensive items are mis-delivered and you are not believed despite the evidence (actual delivery address vs requested delivery address) showing that the item has been mis-delivered. Starting to wonder if I will ever get the product or my money back...quite a lot of money by the way.

Everything I’ve bought from Paloma Wool has been terrible quality and it’s SUCH a shame because the designs are beautiful.

I even ordered a pair of trousers (black ottu) which were sent to me. When I complained about them breaking on the first wear and contacted customer service they said they were aware of this problem with all of the black items in this style!!! Why sell them then? They remained on sale! I guess they’re just hoping people don’t ask for a refund. Really very poor for the price.

I have three sweaters from Paloma, love the style, not long like a lot of jumpers are and the quality is good. I love the alpaca mix as it makes the jumper very warm and soft. I will buy from Paloma again.

I have 3 items from them which are the most expensive items I have in my wardrobe. I have the Lera top, Orinocco pants and Claudia Pants. The last ones mentioned are my absolute favorite item that I own, after a year having them I am as excited to wear them as the first time. I love the style they have. Having said that, I’m not at all impressed by the quality, the pants keep falling a part with the knit. Still wearable but after a few wears, they don’t fit the same and it threaths. In conclusion, amazing styles but you pay an insane amount of money for not that great quality.

Terrible quality garments I really am not exaggerating here when I write that their fabrics and their manufacturing are CHEAP. This company is yet another example of fast fashion clothing at designer prices. Made in Spain or Portugal just like Zara. If you don't mind the make of low quality garments just go to zara and save yourself around 100 dollars or so. Also the customer service is shameful. For one they are unavailable and once they get back to you its in a try hard snobby attitude. Oh and they charge the customer 20 dollars to return an item. They have good marketing. Good designs. Shockingly shabby execution. Dodgy customer service.

I bought the iris trousers and while they are beautiful they are awful quality. They began to fall apart after the first use and after 3 wears are completely unusable. Extremely disappointed especially as these trousers are described as sustainable and enduring. On top of that the customer service is terrible. Won’t buy from them again.

The prices are insanely high given the bad quality of the garments. I recently bought a pair of their pants for 159€ and I am shocked at how bad they looked after one gentle cold wash. Color lost its brilliance and stitching looks like they will fall apart soon. The fit is not nice either. I contacted customer service and all they could say was “the pants are simply meant to be like that”, I can’t believe it! Paying 159€ for such bad quality is outrageous. Never again!!

Bought beautiful jumper, great quality. Would buy from them again

I bought the pink sambuca jacket in the archive sale. On first wash at 30 degrees as advised, the jacket became discoloured and almost bleached. The shape completely went and could only be half resurrected with ironing. I got in touch with customer service who immediately offered 10% discount and apologised. They were happy to check the warehouse to see if there was stock left, informed me there was a jacket leftover which they would post out to me. However, this turned out to be a mistake and there was actually no jackets left. Customer service apologised about this and issued me a full voucher for the price I paid of the jacket and a free shipping voucher to use in future. I found customer service really helpful and easy to deal with. I can’t give five stars on account of my beloved jacket being kindof ruined, but 4/4 for customer service. Thanks !

Paloma Wool hat an sich ein schönes Konzept und die Designs sind wirklich etwas besonderes. Insgesamt habe ich 3 mal dort bestellt und der Bestellvorgang und Versand war unkompliziert. Ich habe nichts zurückgegeben bisher und kann nicht über diese Erfahrung berichten. Ich habe eine Winterjacke, Enya Top und Luca Top und nach jeder Bestellung habe ich gehofft nicht so sehr durch die Qualität enttäuscht zu werden. Die Winterjacke hatte bereits eine lose Naht auf der Rückseite wo die Füllung etwas raustrat. Aber wirklich nur minimal und ich hab sie den ganzen Winter getragen, das war nicht weiter schlimm. Allerdings ist die Tasche auf der einen Seite komplett aufgerissen... Schonmal total ärgerlich. Das Enya Top ist aus gestrickter Viscose und wahnsinnige schlechte Qualität. Es leiert nicht nur komplett aus, sondern die Fasern reißen wie dünnes Papier mit jedem an und ausziehen am Ausschnitt. 90 Euro dafür ist heftig. Hätte ich es vorher mal in den Händen halten können, hätte ich es niemals gekauft. Das Luca Top ist auch aus Viscose, hat aber eine andere Textur. Es fühlt sich wie ein minderwertiger Badeanzug an. Wenn sie ihre Materialwahl in Bezug auf Langlebigkeit und Nachhaltigkeit überdenken würden, dann find es eine eine einzigartige Marke. Aber die Preise sind für die minderwertige Qualität nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen. Schade

They never have the sizes even if you get an order confirmation. When you are lucky enough to be sent the item, they are sent in plastic bags, arrive completely creased and in my case stained. When I contacted them asked about returning the item they offered me free shipping on my next order..! so generous... Well guess what! They will not be a next order. Paloma Wool are not ready to be in business yet.

Quality of the pants received was extremely bad. The price of Paloma Wool items are very expensive which is in no way justified. Will never support this brand and will make an effort to deter others from purchasing.

El equipo de atencion al cliente es terrible. No quieren trabajar. Les hago una devolucion por Correos que les aparece para recoger en agencia y se niegan a solucionar el problema o recoger el paquete.
