Terrible experience

After purchasing a bag online, I didn’t hear anything from them. I wrote them and they apologize saying there were a miss communication with the courrier and the package got lost. The bag is not in stock anymore so they said they would refund and offer me the shipping (which is only 6 euros) for free. Extremely disappointed.

Mützen aus Plastik

Ich habe mir eine Mütze von Paloma Wool bestellt, das Design ist süß - der Preis mit 85€ ordentlich. Vor allem wenn man dann herausfindet, dass die Mütze leider nicht wie der Markenname suggeriert aus Wolle sondern zu 60% aus Plastik besteht…

Paloma Wool el peor servicio de atención al cliente

Paloma Wool tendrá cosas positivas pero desde luego no es en absoluto su servicio al cliente. Compre el art. balaclava soft blue, que llevaba sin estar en stock algunas temporadas, se equivocaron y me enviaron otro de otro color. Contacté con ellos y a parte de no disculparse por el error ni ofrecer facilidades para el retorno de un artículo erróneo y error suyo, me dijeron que me enviarían el correcto. Tras unos emails en los que seguían sin disculparse por sí fallo, no me habían guardado el art. correcto y me tuve que conformar con el erróneo que me enviaron de vuelta. Sin ningún gesto comercial, devolución de los gasto de envío, o respuesta al comentario de insatisfacción con el trato recibido por su marca y gestión nefasta. No conozco ninguna marca que trate de esta forma a sus clientes.

Love the items!

Delivery was on point and love the products!

The only downside so far would be that most of the items I want are sold out and take a while to be restocked.

Liebe alles daran

Jedes Stück hat eine spürbar gute Qualität, alles ist zu 100% seinen Preis wert. So weit ich das beurteilen kann: super Kundenservice.

The quality is terrible.

The quality is terrible.

I bought a jumper for £150 and in spite of following the care instructions, it shrank to half the size and all the colour came out.

Paloma Wool did not offer any reimbursement.
