I cannot recommend Paloma Health highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. My son's autism assessment was carried out virtually, and I was initially unsure whether an online assessment would be as effective as an in-person one. I needn't have worried.

The team were absolutely amazing. They made my son feel comfortable and took the time to understand him as an individual, while also listening carefully to our experiences as parents. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout.

The final report was outstanding—extremely detailed, comprehensive, and thoughtfully written. It clearly reflected the time and care that had gone into the assessment and has given us a much better understanding of my son's needs. It will also be invaluable in helping us access the support he requires.

Thank you to everyone at Paloma Health for making what could have been a daunting experience feel so positive. I am incredibly grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend your service to any family seeking an autism assessment.

I did the referral to paloma health as a friend had said she had used them for her son. So I looked into the right to choose and decided I would use paloma health too for an autism assessment for my daughter. I read the reviews about them and the fact their wait time wasn’t that long was even better as my daughter had been waiting just under 4 years to see a paediatrician. I was very impressed with their service and how they kept me informed every step of the way they were very thorough and took their time and wasn’t rushed in anyway shape or form. And they also recommended my daughter needs an adhd assessment so iv chosen to use paloma health for that too I can’t recommend paloma health enough they gave my daughter the answers she needed.

Highly recommend Paloma Health. Very short wait times. I couldn't believe how quick from the referral to the discharge how quick the process was.
Although the process was quick the communication with the staff during this time was never rushed. The staff was always calm, friendly, chatty and full of all information needed. My daughter said she loved speaking to her assessor and enjoyed being able to be herself.
There was regular emails to keep in touch during the short waiting to keep me updated we hadn't been forgotten and an appointment was waiting to be made.

Highly recommend- we were kept updated throughout the whole process. Everyone we spoke to on the team was lovely and professional. We understood the process and the website provides all the information you need.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Service was swift & timings for assessment adhered to. An informative, efficient service. Highly recommend.

My son was referred by our gp in march, this week he’s had his remote assessment and I’ve had the parent interview, from the moment he was referred, any questions or worries I’ve had ,paloma have replied to promptly , the assessor Laura was lovely , there was parts of the assessment my son wouldn’t participate in, Laura was really understanding and gave us both reassurance , on my parent interview with Jessica she again was really lovely to talk to , i would highly recommend Paloma if you are going down the right to choose pathway .

Poloma Health - professional and easy to follow with lots of links and info, webinars we're very relaxed also. Good at keeping you updated and time scales were amazing, i think the webinar's help the timescale process. The actual assessment was good for us as we felt we could easily relate to the person who conducted the process who was a lovely person and very professional indeed. We felt lucky to have chosen the right company.

I cannot recommend Paloma Health enough- short waiting times and the remote option were a life saver. The staff are professional, caring and made me and my daughter very comfortable in the assessment process. The report was emotive and personal which made me feel they really saw my daughter.

From start to finish the process was smooth and informative.
Lilia who did the parent video appointment and the outcome appointment was lovely, and you really felt you were being listened to.
My one criticism, which has been mentioned before, is that there is no telephone number to speak to someone direct. Our observation appointment was at 6.15pm and we found the office building to be locked when we got there. Having pressed the buzzer multiple times we were starting to think we'd got the time wrong. As I was scrolling through anywhere that may have had a number to call someone eventually came down to open the door.
Overall though, we have been happy with the speed at which we have received an outcome. Thank you!

My daughter is 16yrs, and we've always known she had her own funny little quirks but during COVID things changed - she became obsessed, anxious, worried, fixated and when she started secondary school she struggled to settle. The day she came home and said she didn't feel normal was the day we decided to take things further. After being referred via her school and realising the waiting list on the NHS was 4yrs I was told about the Right to Choose option and we applied to Paloma Health. The relevant GP form was completed in Feb 2026, and although we still had to wait several weeks, my daughter has recently been assessed via the remote pathway and diagnosed as having Autism. The process was straightforward, my daughter felt listened to, she didn't feel judged or that she was doing things wrong, During the parent interview we felt empathy, kindness, compassion and we didn't feel rushed. I would highly recommend Paloma Health to anyone who has concerns, whether for themselves or as a parent if a child suspected to be neuro divergent and can not thank the team enough for confirming what we always knew ... That out daughter is perfect, she just sees the world differently.

We are delighted with the service we received from Paloma Heath. Short wait times, being kept updated regularly, kind and knowledgable staff, a great remote assessment with our son and with us, and a fast turnround on a very thorough report. Would highly recommend.

I had a very positive experience with Paloma Health for my son. The appointment process was quick and efficient, and I was offered an assessment appointment much sooner than I expected.

During the assessment, the team were friendly, professional, and made my son feel comfortable throughout. The assessment itself was conducted with care and understanding, and the diagnosis was provided very quickly afterwards.

I was also impressed by the follow-up support. The team checked in with me to make sure I was okay and that I was happy with and understood the report. Their communication and level of care throughout the process were excellent.

Really professional, reassuring and helpful. A couple of delays but overall an excellent service with good support

We had a great experience with Paloma health from first joining the waiting list with the regular updates and the quickness of our appointments and final report written up the staff that we had dealings with were all lovely and made my daughter feel very comfortable at her assessment. I would definitely recommend this Service and a really impressed with the quickness And positive experience we’ve received.

Fantastic experience. Friendly, non judgemental and understanding staff who share knowledge to help you understand different aspects. Thorough and quick diagnosis. Would highly recommend Paloma Health if you are seeking an assessment for neurodivergence. I am really happy that I chose to go with them and more than satisfied.

Was given the option of right to choose for an autism assessment for my daughter who is starting to really struggle. GP made a referral and I received an acknowledgement email that the referrals was being assessed. I chased two weeks later asking for a phone call to discuss and received two emails within 15 minutes of each other. First stated the referral was still being the assessed and the second stated my daughters referral had been discharged on the 25th (2 days after the referral) and I had been written to. The reason for the discharge is because I had applied for the Norwich pathway and this was only open to referrals from Norfolk or Suffolk GPs. We live on the Norfolk Suffolk border and my GP is located in Suffolk so this was not correct. NOT having a contact number or a facility to phone leaves parents and carers of young people struggling with inaccurate response and takes up critical time to send and receive emails. If you really want to improve things for children then sort this out and at least have an outgoing phone process so a person to person discussion can be had.

Update - I was contacted by Emily- Team Manager at Paloma Health this afternoon and we were able to resolve the issues and she dealt with the matter compassionately and understood the issues that I had raised. The assessment will hopefully now progress so my daughter can get the support she needs. I have changed my rating based on this conversation and understanding which is all I ever wanted so fingers crossed I won't need to come back and amend. Thank you Emily.

For us this service was perfect.
Remote observations. The video calls were fantastic. Spoke to 2 brilliant ladies. It was such a quick service. Just a matter of weeks from when the nhs funding started in April to being diagnosed in May.
Nothing was cancelled or rearranged. Constant emails to keep you informed of waiting times and how to access help online through their portal.

Would highly recommend Paloma Health.
