Purchased a vehicle from another dealer which developed clutch fault and sale was cancelled. Found a vehicle by chance at Palmer's Hemel Hempstead and within an hour or so of turning up unannounced I was able to test drive the vehicle, have my car valued for part exchange and agree to a purchase. Vehicle went through the service are and made ready for collection the following week. Amazing service from start to finish, mot for life and a 2 year warranty on a 2020 vehicle. I popped into Palmers to test drive and look around an electric Jeep Avenger. I had the pleasure of being shown around by Seb, who talked me through all the specs and different finance options, took me out on a test drive and was a great help throughout the process. I have bought a few cars from Palmers in Watford now, and I am always very happy with the service provided. The Manager Dan and Salesman Ola in particular always go above and beyond. Nothing is too much and I always leave satisfied.
