So much choice in store!
Very good experience

Went into the store this morning and had an amazing experience. Kai was there to help me all the way. He helped me pick out the different suits and was honest about which style and fit suited me best. He also helped pick out a tie and pocket square to compliment the suit. Great service and great price. Will definitely be coming back

Amazing quality, fast shipping, staff are lovely and are quick at replying to messages/questions. This is the second suit bought from here, hundred percent recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else

Great experience. Very helpful especially with a large party of groomsmen. Price is great and the Quality of the suits are great . The carriers are strong and protect the suit . Very good choices of colours and the accessories like the ties are also a good price . The service was second to none on the day .

Bought a 3-piece suit and it was a perfect fit with high-quality material. Very impressed with the craftsmanship and comfort. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well-made suit.

Gary was an absolute saint in trying to find me my first proper suit, for years I’d mixed and matched with individual suit items but Gary made it extremely easy and nothing was too big of a job for him to help me out, an absolute gent and couldn’t recommend Pal Joey enough! Thank you very much, 11/10 experience 🙏🏼

The suit really looked amazing however it was too small. On their site they recommend one size up, I would have taken two sizes up if there was any left.
I returned it for a refund as I needed outfit for an event which consequently I didn't attend. I'm giving 5 stars cause suit was nice and delivered prompt.

Quality not great, loose threads. Also, asked for navy trousers which was an option in the description. However, I received black. Would’ve returned only needed it that weekend.

1st class service from Start to finish Many thanks 👌💯💯

Sent out 2 different shoes in the same box agreed a refund still not heard anything that was back in may avoid sadly

Emailed pal joey about sizing for a suit and they got straight back to me and cpuldnt have been any nicer, theyr customer service i 5 star.

I ordered a 3 piece suite and it was with me in 2 days so theyr delivery service is second to none also,

The quality of the suit is amazing the suit itself is stunning and I will 100% buy from pal joey anytime I need a new suit for an occasion

Thankyou guys

Quality of items are the best

the service from Pal Joey is incredible.. i ordered my suit and came the very next day , also the quality and fit was superb and I will not hesitate to order more in the future

Ordered shoes from pal joey, came in a broken box, the shoes were dusty and creased, heals had dents in them, attempted to contact them still have had no reply.

Speedy delivery after ordering ..quality suit ..nicely finished

Sizing was way off. Probably two sizes smaller than should be. Waist coat and trousers were terrible quality. If I could return the suit I would

Great Experience as always! Have ordered 4 suits of Pal Joeys now! Love them! Quick service, never disappointed! 👌🏼

Awful service. Sent back suit as too small. Heard nothing after emailing twice in a week so called to be told they had done nothing about it as it was missing the return slip as package must have been damaged and must have fell out. If that was the case the suit would have been damaged as slip was inside jacket, inside a suit inside the outer packaging. Told me they could sort out an exchange delivery would take 1 to 3 days. When I said I needed it sooner so would need a refund, delivery changed to 1 day. When I questioned this the woman got angry and snapped at me that she said 1 day. That she was trying to help and did I want a exchange or not. Told her to refund me. Which she did. Then 4 hours later I get an email replying to my emails from the previous week sayingI need to call up about my exchange. I replied explaining not sure what's happen but i have had a refund to get told it was from a different department and they didnt know. Stay away from them.
