Abby at Pakmail on Calgary Trail in Edmonton was fantastic at tracking down our package from Mexico and getting it into our hands within a few days (after we had been trying for a month). She just put in the time and effort to get the job done and got the situation resolved. We can't thank her enough.

Should be negative stars....Needed to get two packages to a relative by Christmas and shipped on 12/16. Pak Mail is closer than the post office, so went there with the first package. Charged $40 to ship. The second package, exact same size, going to exact same place, 2 lbs LIGHTER than the first and sent later that same day: they wanted $45! Gave me all kinds of excuses why it would be more, but I left with the package! Took it to USPS that night and used the kiosk: $11, and would still get there in plenty of time. They are marking up by 400% Even UPS website for pickup at your house is very much cheaper. SO not worth it. Will never use again.

**DUSTIN VIRAG** AT THE PAKMAIL IN FORT WAYNE, INDIANA (he owns this business) CLAIMS HE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAD ACCESS TO MY BAG AND THAT THERE WAS NO CASH. HE DID NOT HAVE ANY VIDEO FOR THE TIME HE WAS ALONE WITH OUR BAG AND THIS WAS APPARENTLY THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR CASH TO BE STOLEN.

**THEY WILL NOT IN ANY WAY FIX THIS EVEN IF WE HAVE PROOF THE CASH WAS IN THE BAG WHEN PAKMAIL PICKED IT UP FROM THE HOTEL.**

So we went to Indiana this weekend. One of our bags was left behind and it happened to have cash in it. We contacted the hotel and no one had even been in our room yet. They listed off the contents of the bag for me including the exact amount of cash. It was all there. The hotel required that the bag be sent back using PakMail through their hotel’s stated policy. I contacted PakMail as the cash was not in it at pick up and they told me they never received the cash. According to PakMail they keep 24-hour surveillance so I contacted the police department regarding my issue and they are following up on the video at both locations. Only PakMail should have had any contact with the bag after it left the hotel.

PakMail went through all of the contents of the bag and removed everything from the bag. They stored the contents of my bag separately from my bag. They did this without first asking for consent despite being provided with my name and phone number as it was already identified as our belongings.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company as their staff seemed deceptive. When I called in they did not verify who I was but the lady attending the phone (without me providing my name or what kind of bag it was - not even providing a date yet) stated that no cash came with my items and they do not have it. Additionally, they did not verify the person picking up my bag in any way.

The hotel has been very accommodating regarding this issue and is reviewing their camera footage; however, PakMail has been evasive and was not even taking me seriously at all until I filed a police report.

My first experience with pak mail was at the west Edmonton terra Losa location on 170th street. I was selling my Xbox series x to someone who tried ti scam me but thanks to MC, saved me from shipping my Xbox to a scammer. I am extremely grateful for MC and also for his continued help
to ship my goods out. 😊

Tried to ship items weighing less than 30 lbs from an auction I won. And they were charging $220.00 for a medium sized box.
They charge 75.00 fee for picking up items and 75.00 for dropping off at post office, never disclosed on auction site as well complete fraud

I shipped a bottle barely weighing 4 ounces. It cost me 35$
It was my first sale on etsy.
What should have been a celebration and happy day, ended up costing more than four of them items I made.
I'm heartbroken and I feel ripped off. Do yourself a favor, print the label yourself, buy your own boxes and peanuts. Save yourself the heartache.. cause this broke my heart completely. ):

Was using DHL office via Pak Mail DHL in Colorado Springs . I had great experience with all customer case persons. We had package returned and they worked with DHL to resend the package successfully. The owner of Pak Mail is a very nice lady and so is their employee.

thanks to Ron and his team at pakmail Boston. finally a servuce that delivered a great service at a great price. from Boston to Sydney australia they packed my glass collection brilliantly and did it for a great price. very happy to recommend

PakMail-Terra Losa location is my "go to". M.C. & Marsha are outstanding! They far exceeded my customer service expections-they are professional, friendly & compassionate. Both M.C & Marsha took extra time & effort to facilitate the delivery & pick up process (at the best $$ value). Also they provided additional resources & contacts related to my specific situation-which was very helpful (wow factor!!!). I cannot say enough good things about PakMail-Terra Losa customer service & staff - except "thank you, thank you M.C. & Marsha for the great service & support-I know I can count on you! See you again-for sure!

I bought some collectibles at auction that weighed nothing but had to be shipped in two separate boxes. I was charged over $100 for two boxes and a trashbag full of styro-foam popcorn. Turns out everything would have went in one box. Then was charged $18.50 for each package labor charge. The packaging and materials+labor cost more than the shipping. Avoid these leeches. I hope they close.

RE: 784 - If I could give zero stars I would! Use these Pak Mail locations with caution. You think because you have a receipt from them with a tracking number that you are protected....wrong! I dropped off a package on May 11 to be shipped by Fed Ex Smart Post. Had the package scanned and got a receipt with the tracking number. As of May 21 there is no tracking on the package. When I asked Pak Mail to verify that the package was picked up by Fed Ex...they said they can't. They don't have any documentation that the packages are handed off to the carriers!! So anyone in a Pak Mail office can take a package, misplace the package, etc. and you're out of luck! Receipt is worthless. Fed Ex tells me there's nothing they can do since tracking hasn't started. I am in shock a shipping business doesn't have records of packages being handed off to the various carriers...with all the electronic scanning and tracking numbers available. So basically I lost everything and no one is responsible. So much for the receipt! Horrible business!

I personally know that both employees and packing and shipping supplies cost money. I recently had to return a window air conditioner. We had to drive to another city to find a box large enough to ship it back and bubble wrap and tape all of that costed $70.00 alone. That is not including my time and then of course the costs to ship it. While I understand that some things can be frustrating through shipping but understand if you cannot pick up an item from an auction yourself it will cost time and money to do that for you all of these things cost money. So while I personally have not had a bad experience with Pak mail I don't understand why all the bad reviews.

Never again, won item in auction, needed it shipped to uk, pak mail quoted me $102 so I grudgingly paid, they picked it up and packed it then sent it, for it to only go through the postal system for 2 weeks to be returned to them because they hadn't filled in the postal forms properly! So I suggested them to post my item to a friend a few miles away in the US and my friend will forward it yo me and refund the difference in postage, as no way would it cost that much ($102) to post to my friend. Found out they have posted my item to my friend and only cost $30!!! They point blank refused to refund the difference even though it was originally their fault for messing up the first time trying to post my item! STAY CLEAR!!!

This place is a scam! Do not use this place to ship anything unless you plan on paying 3 times more.I bought a set of stemware from an auction and couldn’t pick it up because I had pneumonia so I told the auction to ship it to me 100 miles away. I had previously had items of the same count shipped to me from another auction and was very reasonable. I waited and waited for a response; nobody called me and just happened to look through my spam and they had sent me an email instead of calling. They’re wanting to charge me over $86 just for picking it up and packing it and was going to be over $130 total for shipping!!! So I’m driving for 2 hours to go get the bloody things and still have to pay $86 for something that should have cost around $40 to $60 shipping and all!!!! NEVER AGAIN plus I’ve quit doing business with that auction house.....

I wish there was a negative. Furthermore, I wish that I read these reviews before I used their service. Not only did they damage my items, they wouldn't respond and proceeded to wait and wait as they believed my time expired to dispute the charge on my credit card. I guess they don't realize that some consumers will not stop based on PRINCIPLE !

The worst of the worst. I will never, ever recommend this company after what they did and failed to do. Just ghastly.

Do not use this company, they sent my package to the wrong address, damaged my item.
Don’t even bother to contact the corporate office for any recourse, they protect each other in wrong doings.

They literally rip you off and nothing can be done about it.

PakMail 346 - Olivia helped us with multiple quotes on shipping. Even after I mistakenly supplied an incorrect zip code and we had to re-do the estimates, Olivia was patient and kind, quickly getting us the correct estimates. I will continue to use PakMail on Alpine for our shipping needs.
