Brought envelope in to send overnight for Saturday dlvy by Overnight, expressed it had to be there on Saturday. Clerk mis-marked package for overnight business next day. To boot FEDEX lost package for 4 days. Spent time trying to track myself with FEDEX. Pak Mail kept saying they weren't getting help with claim. They said FEDEX only gave them a $57.01 refund when I was charged over $125 to ship. No itemized receipt showing FEDEX fees from Pakmail fees. Then had franchise owner tell me her problems of why she only gave me $57.01 back. Bad transparency in costs and worse in service

I stopped into the PakMail location in Marstons Mills, MA today seeking information about having items shipped from Florida to Massachusetts. I was helped by the store manager, Gina Minozzi, who could not have been more helpful! She found for me contact information for the closest PakMail location in a particular Florida town. It was a delightful interaction that is indicative, I'm sure, of how all her customers--and potenial customers like me!--are treated.

Corporate office allows owners to make it their choice to not provide receipts. They don’t understand that if they lose my package I have ZERO proof I dropped it off. It’s a very unorganized company and with your time to visit a reputable shipping company for peace of mind and not paying 3x what you would pay at ups, fed ex, dhl

Incredible service and help. So appreciated!! They helped me and advised best way for me to send to the US and they provided the forms I'd need. I visited a week later and he remembered me and asked how the delivery went even.

Scammer prices $1800-2200 to send an item of 4 peaces (note 160lbs) international, excluding packaging, door service.
I could order something from ebay cheaper with delivery, packed.

The manual I needed printed in black and white came out perfectly, 2-sided, 8 1/2 x 11. The pictures are very sharp. I emailed Pak Mail the pdf.

Pak Mail Mount Pleasant, our picture was collected and was to be sent unframed and rolled up in a tube for sending over to the UK. They realised it had been clearly stuck down to the back board enough for them to leave well alone. This was a great decision despite the increased shipping cost. It was duly packed and sent. We then experienced DHL issues that were a headache that PAK MAIL helped with from the start to the final delivery. DHL took 18 days to get the parcel to their UK. Pak Mail was constant in their calling and chasing up on this. I can't help but be impressed with the service on this occasion. Would happily use again.

Muaaz at Pak-Mail Edmonton helped me ship materials internationally for a conference. He found me the best rate to ship the materials, packed the boxes, helped me with all of the customs paper work, etc. He even sent me a follow-up email when there was a customs delay and we got it resolved quickly! Absolutely incredible service.... Thank You!

The employee was kind, efficient, and reliable. I faxed 3 pages and I got a receipt. I mailed letters and documents and ll got delivered as promised on time.

I went to retrieve my first package today from PakMail after signing up with a virtual office company for my business. When I showed up my pack was already opened from the bottom. I was a little concerned. So I called the company to ask why did they open my package? The first guy on the phone stated they opened my package to see where it went to, even though my name is clearly shown on the top of the package. Then another employee grabbed the phone and stated they never opened my package. I informed him that they just stated they opened it to see where it went to. He stated no we didn’t you have a good day. I told him I will be reporting this and he said well you do that and hung up in my face. I definitely canceled my subscription and requested a refund from the Virtual Office company and they accepted my request. Don’t do business with these people your privacy is not respected at all! This is illegal and a violation of my rights! If your mail didn’t show up or came up missing, now you know why!

Our company packs and ships items weekly using UPS as the carrier. We also purchase the same items online through various auction houses and the shipping cost quoted through PakMail is outrageous In comparison. We will no longer use auction houses that only offer PakMail as the shipper.

I sent a package at Pak Mail to be delivered via Fed Ex. Enclosed was jewelry ($30,000) that had insurance from Fed Ex. Pak Mail somehow
attached my package with one they were sending to NJ and mine went with it.
The person who received my package admitted they received and won’t give back!
Pak mail says they have no obligation to fix situation.
Fed Ex never scanned because package was attached to another. Im told its not their responsibility by Pak mail. What to do? Idk!
I called the news channel to see if they will help. Waiting for response. Don’t use Pak mail to send Fed Ex or they wash their hands of it.

Ridiculously expensive. Wanted almost $700 to ship an A4 sized picture. They see being an auction house appointed shipper as a licence to print money. AVOID !

I'd love to be able to tell you who I dealt with - but your company never give a contact name on emails !

Looking at your massive, and ever growing amount of negative comments - you have a serious problem.

I packaged and sealed three boxes myself; all they needed to do was slap a label on each one. I asked for the cheapest rate. One item they sent FEDEX for $22.64 when it could have gone USPS for $11.60. Another was sent via USPS Ground Advantage for $22.86 but should have been $15.10 and the other they charged $47.64 when it should have been $27.80. The total they charged me was $93.14 when I would have paid $54.50 at the Post Office. I can see an upcharge for their service but almost $40 for just pasting labels on three boxes is uncalled for!

This pak mail and many others like it are used to ship items from auction houses and it is impossible to get a quote on the shipping and when you can it is astronomical. It should not cost the amounts they charge to ships an item that weights only a few pounds. They find creative ways to individually wrap and rewrap things to increase the price even higher. If you are bidding on an online auction through Hibid.com I would verify who the shipper is first. It it is Pak Mail I would move on.

It is an odd open warehouse with a desk inside (and PO Boxes). The staff has been great the 3 times I've gone to do either UPS or FedEx shipping.

I used Pak Mail for years. Quality of service is so terrible now I refuse to use their service after today. I sent my young daughter to drop off a USPS FLAT RATE box that should have cost $25 to ship. The man weighed it and said the package would be roughly $39 to ship. She inquired and said but it’s a flax rate box. He replied we go by weight. So she paid it!!! Do you think they would have said that you can ONLY do the flat rate shipping at a USPS location??? Of course NOT! I called and spoke to Eddie. Boy was a NOT shocked on how RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and MEAN he was when I inquired about pricing. He would barely let me get a word in. I refuse to ship or use their services and will be sure to post on every platform and verbally share my experience with anyone who would like to help another respectfully owned business that I would be happy to do business with in the future! Fyi- it takes A-LOT for me to be so upset and disappointed to leave such a negative review. Just beware that at least Eddie and Michael ‘whom assisted my daughter’ will NOT be honest or forthcoming with information like this. Disgusting!!! 40th st and Chandler location in Phoenix, AZ!
