Ordered my Pyjamas over 15 days now and it has not been delivered despite informing them I was travelling. No response from them. I ordered from them because they stated the Canada Post strike will not affect their delivery. Now I’m stuck with spending additional money to get a new Christmas pyjamas. They should cancel my order and refund my money because it cannot fulfill the purpose it was bought for. The one star is because I need to put this comment rather I would have given a 0 star

This website sells items that are not accurate to pics and descriptions.
The Pjs I ordered are of such bad quality, for $60 it feels like a total scam. Don't get sold by the pretty pics.

These reviews must be from the company as they have the worst customer service ever. Ordered Christmas pajamas weeks ago and was told they would not use Canada post. Now they say they are waiting to see if the strike ends (as of Dec 13). Tried to cancel the order and they have totally ghosted us. DO NOT ORDER

Completley wrong sweater was shipped out. I ordered a Medium male and received a small kids and the sweater quality is terrible. No information on how to send the sweater back for a refund. I sent emails that bounce back, went on their website and they have a section to send inquiries that they allegedly respond to in 24-36 hours. It has been a week and I have yet to receive a response. Don't bother with these people, you get what you paid for.....

Horrible quality and small sizing. There is no way to reach this company either. They don’t respond to emails. This company needs to get shut down. Huge scam.

Shipping was fast, however the quality of the pyjamas was terrible. It said to order a size smaller, however the clothes ended up being too big. Return is at a cost to the buyer and you have to reach out via an email that never gets delivered. You try reaching out via the website and get no response. This merchant screams fraud. Buyers beware.

They shipped to me quickly but the quality was terrible. Thin polyester that hung terribly creating creases right through the decal. It said to order a size smaller so I did and my husbands did not fit at all and mine was too long in the leg and too short in the arms.

There is no way to contact the company except by email, and then they want you to return the product at your own expense (even if you elect to exchange - you are on the hook for paying return shipping).

Bottom line: buyer beware. It is not fun dealing with this company.

I ordered 7 sets of pajamas and 10 days later they still haven't even shipped. The email address to complain is a Gmail email - huge red flag, what reputable company uses a Gmail email?

I then went through the reviews on this website and am suspicious of how similarly all the 5 star reviews are written. If you look at the 1 star reviews you'll see many from November - January last year where the pajamas never arrived.

If you still want to purchase from this site, at least use a credit card so you can issue a charge back.

Sizing is way too small, and the PJs I ordered are knock offs when compared to the photograph of what I ordered. VERY disappointed to say the least and returns are complicated and not guaranteed. This company is a Chinese company pretending to be a Canadian company! Buyer beware! :((

The quality of the pajamas is premium and good, at a reasonable cost. But the fabric could be more comfortable.

These pajamas are really warm and cozy for a night's sleep. I like these pajamas, but my only concern is that the pants are baggy. Could be better.

Pajamas are lovey and fantastic; they really exceeded all my expectations in quality and comfort. Worth every penny.

The pajamas are of fine choice and are within budget, but the material is average and not as expected. Overall good.

Cute design, but I found the fabric to be thinner than expected.

The fabric is soft, but they don't feel as breathable as I expected.

The fit is true to size, and the colors are even more vibrant in person. Highly recommend.

Easy shopping from anywhere with many varieties. I like these PJs a lot.

I thought printed pajamas could be a bit expensive. But yeah, I got my favorite PJ set at a very reasonable price form Pajama Village.
