I read reviews of this place thinking that the low ratings were just a few bad experiences and went with the order anyway. I do believe in my experience that either this company is a scam altogether or the courier they use is not real. The company appears to take your currency in the region you're in but the shipment comes from China.

According to the tracking, the parcel was dropped off at a parcel shop/parcel locker after apparently trying to contact me which they never did. No information on an address for the parcel shop or even a name. Feel like a fool trying 6 locations in my area hoping to find the item, which most likely does not exist.

If you look at the courier website (WANB) there is one page in English, when you try to look for contact information the other pages say that the page you are looking for does not exist. No way to contact them. (This courier is very notorious for being shady if you do some research).

As for Pajama Village, I have communicated my problems with no response at all. I might be completely wrong but my experiences so far tell me that this is a scam. No step in this process has given me any confidence to suggest otherwise.

Don't be me and think these are just bad apples. It seems this is standard service.

I believe it’s a scam, but a few pjs and they’ve never arrived, despite a numerous attempts of contacting them, no response!! It’s a gmail email address too.

Pajamas took weeks to arrive so we didn't have them in time for our Christmas event we bought them for. We bought 4 pairs for our family. The sizing is all over the place, the quality is cheap, the style looks nothing like the photos, and no returns information at all. No sender address. I gather this is a Chinese company who badge themselves as UK. Stay away or you may as well throw your money down the drain. That's effectively what I have done. £63 I will not get back.
Update to this review. The company have offered me a 40% refund and no need to return the unwanted items. They were quick to respond to my returns query so I would rate the customer service good and have amended my review to reflect this. Thank you for providing ab agreeable solution.

The order came in within 5 business days, but one wrong item that were not matching with others. I contacted the customer service, and they responded within 1 day for sending the right order. Within 3 business days, the correct order came in. Things can happen, and Charlie provided a great customer service.

I purchased Christmas PJs for 2x adult and baby

Poor quality (acrylic) products (Temu or shein vibes)
No email updates or follow up
Poor value for money really regretful purchase

Next time I’d buy in a store instead

I ordered a couple of pairs of matching Christmas pyjamas , ,I emailed them to exchange 1 pair for a bigger size,they quickly replied and agreed to send the bigger size ,at no extra charge and didn’t require the smaller ones returned, excellent customer service and I’m so happy with the pyjamas

Crooks are based in China so not sure why they are claiming to pyjama UK. Also they have stolen images from other retailers. Expect to wait up to a month for your goods!

Had lost my parcel, was so frustrated as this is my LO first Christmas. Contacted pajama village and sorted it out and another parcel is on the way

You have to pay for shipping and you have to pay for return! Quality of fabric is terrible, I am trying to return my order and having a very hard time. There is no option to return on the website, you have to email costumer service and wait for their reply.I already had to pay for shipping and they said “ you can return the order at your own expense for a full refund”. I purchased a family set (4 pajamas) and will be very expensive to send these in the mail with tracking! They keep offering me a partial refund to keep the order, but sizes are all wrong, fabric is not good and I don’t want to keep them. Don’t buy it unless you’re 100% sure you want to keep them.

Took 2 weeks to deliver but I love my pyjamas. True to size and I love the material.

Pajamas arrived and one of the three had a mistake, but they sent a second full order and let me keep both. Very kind customer service and arrived quickly.

Terrible tracking. Terrible quality for the expensive prices. Clothing quality is awful. Website advertises ‘cotton blend’ but it’s elastine?. Would not recommend this to anyone. Buyer beware.

Not even sure where to start. The product quality is low, like very low. I really believe this is going to rip off on the first wash. It's thin and itchy. The sizes also runs small (I saw they are made in china so maybe that's why). So I ended up with 4 pajamas, none fitted and to be honest it's so bad I dont have the courage to give it to anyone as present. So I thought, ok, I'll return this and buy somewhere else. Well, you can't. Not if you don't want to lose money. They kept offering to return part of the money at first, but in my head, I'd get a label, ship it and get my full refund. But surprise, you have to PAY to return, which in my case was almost $40. And I only got to know that after a week exchanging innumerous emails with their costumer service. In the end I got 70% refund (the only reason why its not a 0/5 review) and will swallow the almost $40 that I lost. Because the product I got, that it's not even worth $10 each. They will have to go to the donation bin. Or maybe even the trash.

Bought our matching Christmas pjs early from Pajamavilliage and they are just gorgeous. Needed to exchange one item to get a larger size and the customer service was incredible.

This company has stolen our Christmas Sweater designs and even stolen our own website photos for their own marketing! You are a bunch of crooks. Remove these immediately before we take legal action against your unethical business!

PajamaVillage is an astonishingly dishonest company that should seriously consider shutting down before further embarrassing itself.

We placed an order for what was advertised as a set of *100% cotton* pajamas, this specific detail was the sole reason we made the purchase, as it was intended to be a bridal shower gift for a friend. Not only did the order arrive *weeks* late, but to our complete shock, the pajamas turned out to be made of *100% polyester*.

This blatant misrepresentation is a slap in the face to paying customers.

When we contacted their so-called customer service team (assuming this is a legitimate company at all), we were told we could return the item for a refund, but only if *we* covered the return shipping costs. The audacity is staggering.

To anyone considering a purchase from PajamaVillage: **do not waste your time or money**. Deceiving customers with false advertising isn’t just unethical, it’s illegal and utterly disgraceful.

Ordered Christmas pjs came and one set was poor fitting asked for return details offered me 40% refund to keep the order which they never gave me!! The other set literally fell to bits at the seams when worn terrible quality and do not honour their refund or return policies. Avoid!!

The pajamas have not arrived in over 1 month - it still says it's in China. The website claims 'fast Canada wide shipping'. I have emailed them a few times and they keep saying it will arrive 'in a few days'. Also the reviews on their website look fake, as I left a 1 star review and comment there and it does not show it, but only shows generic 5 star review comments.

First order arrived 6 weeks late and ended up with holes in them after two nights sleep. Second order (ordered before first order arrived) …. Never arrived. I contacted customer service twice and was offered no assistance. Extremely disappointed
