Still not received this item , expected it yesterday, however, it's still on its way to royal mail ( supposedly) .
I'm travelling to see my grandson on Sunday and I have zero confidence it's going to be here so thanks for nothing paddywear !!!!

Not good. I received the item very late. The item did not look like the picture. I sent it back, at a cost of £10.00. No return label, I had to do recorded delivery. I didn't hear back from you.

Bought a few shirts from you . Always bought same size . Scotland polo top same size it’s a bit tight wished had bought next size up

I had a really good experience shopping at Paddywear. The Veterans “Been the Best” jacket is a quality piece of kit. Well made and comfortable to wear. I purchased the Royal Marines wax jacket for my dad. I lied the 45 commando one. He was in 40 commando asked if they good change this, they happily said of course. My dad is made up with it, the quality of jacket is spot on. Couldn’t be happier

My coat is of good quality and fits looks me a glove, I'm extremely happy.

If I could give below a 1 I would. Ordered a £50 Jumper for my 91 year old Dad for Xmas, hard to know what to buy for him. We received the wrong item. Tried to contact the company all day by phone but nobody answered. Sent an email explaining what had happened, they responded by saying they would send the correct item. I said I needed it before the 20th December and they said no problem. I asked that they let me know when it had been dispatched. It's the 19th and I have not received notification that it has been dispatched. If it doesn't arrive today then my 91 year old Veteran Dad hasn't got a present!
Update - I had an email on Friday evening to say that the jumper had been discontinued. I'm now without a gift for my Dad. So disappointed. And to top it all off, they now want me to pay to return an item that I didn't order even after the extremely poor service they have provided. I have already paid for delivery! They won't get another penny out of me and I will be contacting Trading Standards tomorrow.

Well pleased with the Quality of the men’s outdoor winter jacket with BR Logo and the base ball cap (with the same logo)…
There was a minor issue with the delivery but it arrived within 10days of purchase which I considered good…

Product was of great quality and also allowed me to arrange for Club Badge to be sewn into Polo Shirt. Also liked the fact that they had Larger sizes too. Many comments from people on how good it looks.

The purchase experience and the product were fine. I am very pleased with that side of the company. What is irritating me is that having written a review for the one thing I purchased, they constantly bombard me with requests to write a review for something I have already reviewed. It's putting me off ever using them again. STOP IT,

Product was fine and good quality. First was sent wrong item wrong colour wrong size .Apparently was told it was my fault.Until proved wrong ! Found customer service very abrupt with their email response no apology. But was finally able to sort out after a number of emails

order 2 x polo shirts off them , unfortunately they where the wrong size , I returned them my tracked mail 27th July they received them ! and still have not received 2 of the next size up !! still waiting !! I've emailed them some many times and they said they will sort !! beware

So happy with my Tshirt and sweatshirt, definitely will be ordering from them again.

Ordered a polo shirt in large( my usual size) but it was too large, returned it the following day and am still waiting for my refund, they received the shirt back on the 08/09/2025 and it's now 22/09/2025. There has been correspondence between us but just seems like I'm being fobbed off

Bought 2 polo shirts and 1 T shirt , all best quality. Also the colours don't fade in the wash.
It's very nice to see my team and our achievements represented on wearable quality shirts 😉
