Good quality and I got what I ordered

Do not give this company your money!

I placed an order two weeks ago. Despite taking my payment immediately, they failed in their most basic duty: delivering my order. The tracking number they supplied 9 days ago still states:

*“Sorry, we’re currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference ********. Please try again tomorrow.”

And this was for a 48-hour tracked delivery!

When I contacted Paddywear, I was first told there wasn’t anyone at the warehouse until the 5th—funny, considering I received my dispatch email on the 4th (work that one out!). I was then repeatedly fobbed off with vague promises like “It will be delivered this week” or “It will be dispatched Monday for delivery Wednesday.” Of course, none of it happened.

I have requested a full refund, informed them I have escalated the matter with my bank, and will be contacting Trading Standards.

After endless emails, it became clear they had no intention of sending my item. I was given empty promises and left waiting endlessly.

This company is disgusting, their service is disgraceful, and their customer service is shockingly incompetent and deliberately obstructive. They took my payment for a product they never sent.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good product at a very fair price.
One minor problem which was resolved within a day.

This company are brilliant. I ordered a 'Choose Life' t shirt for one of our band members to try. I had searched far and wide for an embossed type of text that would be hard wearing. I placed the order on my phone but made a mistake as I didn't spot that the print was on the back side of the t shirt. This company were really understanding when I explained and helped me sort it out. The quality so far seems amazing and we use the t shirt twice a week. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you Paddywear! Keep doing what you're doing.

Way back in September 2025 I ordered a jacket. Unfortunately I had to send it back. Initially Padyware refused to refund the return postage costs - but agreed eventually! It took over four weeks to receive my refunds - but not the return postage cost as promised!
However, as a gesture of goodwill they did offer to let me choose an item of clothing FOC for the delay and inconvenience caused. Needless to say I’m still waiting for it to be delivered despite various excuses and promises.
Certainly not a company that has the customers interest at heart, that’s for sure.

Absolutely appalling experience. I ordered one polo shirt and two sweatshirts, and the quality was beyond disappointing — it was cheap, flimsy, and poorly made. The fabrics felt low-grade, the finish was awful, and nothing matched the premium image Paddywear tries to sell. These items looked and felt like bargain-bin clothing, not something worth the price charged.

I returned all items within the 14-day return period, fully complying with their policy. What should have been a simple refund turned into a nightmare. Paddywear failed to issue my refund, dragged the process out, and left me with no resolution.

I was eventually forced to escalate the issue to PayPal just to protect my money. Any business that ignores valid returns and pushes customers into opening PayPal cases is operating unacceptably.

Between the shockingly poor quality and the disgraceful refund handling, this company cannot be trusted. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Paddywear to think twice — once they have your money, getting it back is a battle.

Easy to order and delivered promptly. Item arrived well packed and exceeded expectations. Brought as a gift for my 83 year old dad who had worn out his previous SFC jacket. He especially loved the retro badge.

I ordered 2 fleeces, one by mistake.
Contacted Paddywear who quickly rectified the order and refunded my money. The fleece was delivered quickly and I am pleased with the quality.
Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Paddywear a completely good surprise, I didnt know them at all, after my partner lost his woolly hat and I ordered a new one, the came up trumps they tell you no lies and hey presto then your hat arrives, the color right and onetime too. What more could we want.

The rugby shirt I ordered was of decent quality, but arrived without any tags, stickers, or labels. I bought it to give as a gift and there is nothing to indicate it is even a new shirt, as opposed to returned or pre-worn.
