Ordered a Jacket when it eventually arrived it was of the poorest quality the zip wouldn’t work the jacket was cheap material and not to size.
Sent back for a refund they wanted to send a replacement.
After many emails and attempted phone calls for week they eventually sent it through , only after me saying I was taking legal action against them along with going to trading standards .

Clothing is excellent quality, broad range of goods and the personalisation is without peers.
The site and institutions are easy to follow, costs are appropriate and the service exceptional.
Posting etc are well within acceptable norms. Last I had arrived about a weeks ago - very happy man - as usual.

Still waiting for a refund….

Returned the item within hours of receiving it (as it did not accurately match the description online) and sent recorded/tracked for proof of return.

Went back and forth on email for days trying to get a refund. They tried to offer me an exchange. Promised a refund by a certain date but no refund.

Appalling service. Didn’t answer the phone once but I tried several times at different times of the day.

Be aware!

Great experience. Received a present of a Porsche gilet in mid January but it was too small. Returned and ordered an larger size. Paddywear were very helpful and gilet arrived a few days later.

Do not order from this company Ordered an item.
Have not received it. Tried emailing & ringing the number on the website.to no avail.
Not even a reply to request of a call back or to the email.
Diabolical service.

I bought a cap with Airborn/Para wings embroidered on. Good quality in terms of the cap itself and the embroidery. Acid test? I would buy again.
