The attention to detail on what we like was lacking. Our hotel was way off the main drag so it made going to do things very difficult. The place choose. Was in its summer season making it a very dead town with no action as it’s to hot for anyone to enjoy activity there

We loved our trip! This was a Babymoon getaway over the holiday weekend and I’m so happy we trusted the process. We prefer to visit cities on trips, so this is a great way to explore on a vacation that isn’t geared toward relaxing on a beach. Our tastes and preferences were absolutely prioritized, and every recommendation was spot on. There was enough flexibility in the itinerary to do what we wanted, while also having some structure that reduced the “well what do YOU want to do?” back and forth. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for our next trip!

EVERYTHING! This was a wonderful trip. Easy to fill out the survey, easy to change a reservation if needed and SO MANY recommendations for activities that you like! Would highly recommend and go again.

Ended up going to Atlanta, GA which never would have been on our visiting radar. Really enjoyed what Atlanta had to offer. From the food and culture recommendations we really were able to unwind and experience Atlanta. Found the recommendations to be helpful making the most of our time away.

The whole trip was great!
Everything that was planned for us was like they actually knew us. The Uber voucher was awesome. The restaurants they had reservations for were just perfect. The food, the atmosphere, the drinks were all amazing.
Our Secret Food tour was so fun & our guide had so much knowledge of Austin. It was so enjoyable.
Our hotel was beautiful & we had the most comfortable beds & pillows I have ever had in a hotel.
Our flight home was cancelled so once we got rescheduled, we contacted Pack Up & Go & Lilly was so helpful with contacting the airlines & getting us a room & food vouchers, she just handled it for us in no time.
I truly cannot say enough about this company.
It was such a wonderful experience & yes, we are already talking about another trip with Pack Up & Go!!

There are so many things that made this experience incredible. Our destination was revealed to be Wilmington, NC. It was 100% our vibe. Things that made it so incredible: 1. The easy of booking 2. The responsiveness of the team when after we hit BOOK NOW I went into a full blown panic attack and called hysterical wanting to back out of everything and was calmly and kindly reassured that I just needed to sit with it and had 3 weeks prior to still make changes to my activities and cities 3. EVERYTHING from the pit stop suggestions, to the lodging to the experience was BETTER than anything I could have ever expected and I am a PLANNER of trips. Absolutely 10/10 magical experience.

The fact that I didn't have to book things like airfare, hotel, car rental and other tedious things made the trip more enjoyable.
That way we could focus on enjoying our time and exploring.

We had an issue with our hotel room a/c. We contacted Pack Up + Go. They were able to get answers when we couldn't. Their customer service is AMAZING. We had a great time. We highly recommend using them. We look forward to planning another trip!!!!

We had a great time as we knew we would. That being said I think there are things that could have been done better.
If there is a direct flight no matter what airline we should be asked if we want it on a budget airline instead of having a layover. We could have flown across the country to a better weather destination for the time spent not flying direct.
We went on Memorial weekend and for holiday getaways you should reserve flights and hotels sooner especially when we booked our trip back in November since holiday flights and hotels cost more doing it only 30 days out probably left us with less money for other things.
We were booked on 4 walking tours…2 of them in one afternoon that were in the same neighborhood with one having the cemetery and the garden district and the other was beignets with the garden district. We cancelled the second one of that day feeling it was too similar. The other 2 tours during our trip …coffee and killers and the cocktail tour were great!
We had reservations for dinner at 3 restaurants with one being 5 or 5:30 which is too early! Dinners should be around 7 or 7:30 or we should be asked a timeframe of what we prefer. We did change all of our reservations and only went to one original restaurant. I feel like you should make one reservation at a hard to get in restaurant because we can’t get in some places due to trying to reserve the day of or one day ahead including casual places. The list of suggestions for food, drinks, shops and things to do in our package was great to have!
As far as your hints we received 7 days before a couple of them never made sense. You said we needed close toed shoes but we did not. Perhaps comfortable walking shoes would have been a better hint. You said we could be on the water if we wanted and to bring waterproof clothes…again that made no sense. What did we need close toed shoes and waterproof clothing for???
Our hotel was great and had a nice lobby bar and all employees were wonderful!
Overall I enjoyed the trip but wish a few things were planned better and more thought out.

Pack Up + Go picked a place for us that was surprisingly well tailored to our wishes. We hadn't known the destination well enough to even consider on our own. We enjoyed the activities planned, the natural beauty around us, and the architecture we saw. The best thing was their attentive help to get us alternate plane tickets when our airport to get us home shut down just as we drove there. It would have been much harder or us to do it ourselves.

We’d nit-picked and flip-flopped for TWO HOURS, just trying to come up with a girls’ (2) getaway - decided to try P/U&G - and from the moment we booked with you, it’s been an absolutely wonderful experience! Even the ANTICIPATION of the surprise reveal of our destination had us excited *weeks* before we left!!
Having YOU pick, plan and provide ongoing support for our trip was a unique and carefree experience. The weather updates, packing tips: super-helpful (we waited until we were on the way to the airport to open our Reveal envelope) - SO FUN!! In fact, we developed a following on FB, of friends throwing in their guesses of where we’d be going - and then following our adventures once we arrived! FACE IT, women generally are the Cruise Directors of any trips (for family, office staff, ourselves) once we become adults - and being two retired youngish grammas with time to spare, we wanted to go somewhere we’d never been, try new things, have unique experiences … WITHOUT having to micromanage all the details — and BOY - you guys DELIVERED! From planes, trains and automobiles - to shuttles, trolleys and even a sunset cruise in a schooner/tall sailing ship - to incredible foods and treats (Portland Maine is Foodie Paradise!) - we did it all! Our hotel was wonderful (clean, comfy and spacious with breakfast included), your restaurant reccos were excellent, even having our Uber account pumped-up and ready was a blessing. You even issued a refund for fees not booked. Who does that?!? We had an emergency arise, so needed to reschedule the entire trip last-minute for the following week; thanks to your insurance option, all was handled within moments - rescheduled less than 24 hrs later in the most pleasant manner. Thank you! O’Hare airport didn’t get our bags on our flight - you contacted us before the airline did - and, again, unflappably pleasant and ON IT! Bags came in on next flight and you even got us reimbursed for our bag fees from the airline - noiiice!! And every text sent to you was responded-to in minutes. SO REFRESHING to experience good old-fashioned attentive customer service again! SO, not one complaint - and bringing us to the Atlantic Northeast - that wasn’t even on our radar when WE were trying to figure out where to go! Thank you!!! It was amazing - and fun - walkable, unique - and more things to do than we had days to enjoy them in! We’re already trying to clear our schedules for another P/U&G adventure this summer!! Excited to learn we’ll get a discount, too, for having this trip in our account.

Our surprise trip to Portland, Maine was a slam dunk! MAINE - much less Portland, would have never even been a blip on our radar. While trying to decide where to go for a girls getaway, we nitpicked our way into indecision on ANY destination ... but once we found Pack Up and Go, their magic ability to widen our horizons was the best decision! Without their insight and comprehensive planning, we'd have missed an incredible getaway! We had to postpone our trip by one week, but with the added insurance, they were able to reschedule everything. Each day was so much fun - we found all of the lists to be so helpful, especially since we knew nothing about this location. Our luggage, unfortunately, got separated from us in Chicago, and Pack Up and Go knew about it even before we did! They coordinated the arrival of it at the airport, and although we could have had it delivered to the hotel we decided to pick it up. They let us know when it arrived, and where it would be for pickup. Our hotel was awesome - rooms were huge and really clean. Staff was friendly and our rooms were serviced perfectly.
Breakfast was included, along with lots of choices. We had dinner reservations at one of the local restaurants within walking distance, and we're given a $100 gift card. There were 2 other places that we had reservations for, but we ultimately canceled them as the times were too early and would have cut into other activities. Highlight of the trip was a sunset cruise on a Schooner! We had a question on the last day, and our text was responded to within a minute! We will definitely book another trip with Pack Up and Go in the near future, and have no doubt that it will be just as great as this trip was! We can't recommend this company enough - they are awesome!

This was a fantastic experience! The tours, museums, caffe suggestions, dinner reservations.. all of it.. SO GREAT! I would just want to tell other pack up and go explorers that we were not sure how much of our food was being covered so just expect that extra expense. Overall SO FUN and I will definitely be signing up again!

Super-fun time was had! We all enjoyed the tours and restaurants that the team selected. Your response time to our inquiries was always quick and efficient.

One suggestion would be to ask if we would like early or late seating/dinner reservations. Ours were made each night at 5:30 or 6pm which we found too early, especially with our tours.

My sisters and I had a great time in our recent trip to San Diego!! The planning to free time ratio was great for hitting the highlights but still getting to explore. All of the restaurant reservations and recommendations were stellar!

My husband and I had never visited Ann Arbor Michigan before. The trip we received was a road trip with a destination stop in Toledo Ohio with a list of things to check out including museums! Everything was wonderful from the place we stayed, to a private hot tub, to a lavish dinner! No stress involved on our end. I do it over and over again

Pack Up + Go was amazing! They did a great job making our girls trip so much fun. They responded to our questions quickly. Great at communication on packet material, reservations were way better than expected. The list of recommendations was spot on to our groups interest. So much fun! We will do it again!

Good weather. Disappointed in the resort as it was under construction. 3 of the five pools, spa and restaurants were closed. The rooms were nice. Would like to have been closer to the downtown area. We spent a lot of money on Ubers.

These folks understood the assignment and nailed it! They sent me to somewhere I had never heard of in a state I had never been to and I loved every minute of it! I had no idea that Ohio held some of the most beautiful scenery I've ever experienced. My absolute favorite part was not having to worry about making all of the bookings and researching the places to go. It was something I could keep off of my mind while dealing with life but also look forward to. I will definitely be booking again.

I didn't know what to expect, going into this experience, but I would absolutely do it again.

Pack Up & Go's mystery plane trip was a delightful, no-stress way to take a vacation. They provided plenty of help and advice for exploring a really interesting new city that I never would have thought of for myself. The trip was a good mix of planned activities and ideas for how to spend our downtime. The staff were accessible and efficient when we needed to make changes.
