Manglende ansvar og dårlig kvalitet – pas på som virksomhed
Jeg bestilte 2.000 kasser, som skulle have en tykkelse på 1,5 mm, men modtog 0,9 mm. Jeg har gjort dem opmærksomme på fejlen flere gange, men de har aldrig taget ansvar. Jeg tilbød, at de kunne gentage produktionen eller foretage en refusion, men mine henvendelser blev ignoreret.
Som virksomhed vil jeg fraråde at afgive ordrer hos dem, da det kan bringe jeres drift i fare.

Great one stop packaging place
Great one stop packaging place. Very efficient, incredibly fast and as we ordered already many times, the quality is always on top, as we had experience with other packaging manufacturers, when you have a fear before opening a box, because you never now what you will find this time, and if there is e.g. missing color (yes, that happened to us with other manufacturer), there is always a problem when you need to solve the issues. With packhelp that never happened and I love the customer service. Top quality. As a small company we only miss smaller quantities on custom boxes. But overall recommend!

Poor quality
Unfortunately, our experience with Packhelp was disappointing.
The final packaging quality did not meet expectations. Many units arrived with large visible scratches, and the colour in the corners appeared yellow rather than the green specified in the design. This made the packaging feel inconsistent and lower quality than expected.
In addition, there were significant delays with the order. Communication throughout the process was also frustrating — we were initially told that foil printing on our design wasn’t possible, then later told that it was. This back-and-forth caused confusion and added time to an already delayed production.
While the concept and platform are appealing, the execution, quality control, and reliability did not match what we needed for a premium brand.

2 Große Bestellungen waren eine Katastrophe - Service ignoriert uns
2 Große Bestellungen für unsere Firma Getätigt. Beide waren katastrophal.
Bei 2 Bestellung innerhalb von 2 Jahren gab es massive Verspätungen und Trasnport- und Qualitätsmängel.
Das jüngste Negativ-Erlebnis bezieht sich auf unsere Bestellung im Sommer 2025. Die Anlieferung erfolgte äußerst unsachgemäß: Die Paletten waren viel zu hoch gestapelt (um Transportkosten zu sparen), sodass der Logistiker die Ware nur mit großer Mühe transportieren und umverteilen konnte, was dazu geführt hat, dass die Ware (Kartonagen) extrem verrutscht und damit zum Großteil beschädigt wurden. Außerdem kamen die Paletten nass bei uns an, was dazu geführt hat, dass ein Großteil der Kartonagen durchweicht waren. Die Druck- und Stanz-Qualität war an vielen Stellen auch fragwürdig.
Unser Ansprechpartner bei packhell versprach zunächst sich darum zu kümmern. Seit Oktober antwortet aber niemand mehr auf unsere Mails. Maximal unseriös.

Wochenlange Verzögerung und keine Reaktion vom Support
Ich habe eine hochwertige und teure, personalisierte Verpackung in 500-facher Ausführung bestellt, welche gemäss Lieferangabe spätestens bis zum 15.01.2026 hätte ankommen sollen. Heute ist der 06.02.2026 und ich habe noch nichts erhalten. Das ist jedoch nicht das Schlimmste an der ganzen Sache:
Das Paket ist auf dem Weg in die Schweiz irgendwo steckengeblieben, weshalb ich bei packhelp.de nachgefragt habe, wo das Problem liegt. Daraufhin habe ich von UPS die Rückmeldung erhalten, dass ein Anspruch auf das Paket bestehe und ich mich mit dem Absender in Verbindung setzen solle. Wenn ich versuche, diesen zu kontaktieren, meldet sich jedoch niemand – weder über den Live-Chat noch über WhatsApp oder per E-Mail.
Ich werde hier definitiv nicht mehr bestellen und hoffe zumindest, mein Geld zurückzuerhalten, da die Ware meines Erachtens bis Ende Monat nicht mehr ankommen wird.

⭐ 1/5 – Decepción total tras años como cliente
Soy cliente de Packhelp desde hace más de 3–4 años, comprando cajas de forma regular. Hasta ahora mi experiencia había sido buena, pero el último pedido ha sido una decepción absoluta.
Han cambiado de fabricante y la calidad de las cajas ha bajado muchísimo. Muchas cajas llegaron defectuosas y mal fabricadas. Les envié vídeos e imágenes, incluso mostrando con un calibre que las medidas estaban mal hechas, y su respuesta fue que el problema era que no sabía montar las cajas. Esto es totalmente inaceptable, teniendo en cuenta que llevo años haciendo varios pedidos cada año y nunca había tenido este problema.
Antes las cajas venían con caja de protección, y ahora llegan paletizadas, con el resultado de que más de la mitad llegó dañada, y además muchas cajas eran defectuosas de fábrica.
Gracias a Dios, en mi caso puedo asumir una pérdida de más de 1.000 €, pero si eres una pequeña empresa, este proveedor no es una opción segura, ya que no todo el mundo puede permitirse perder esa cantidad de dinero.
Lo peor es la atención al cliente: tardan más de dos meses en responder, y después de ese tiempo te dicen que van a recoger las cajas, algo totalmente increíble y poco profesional.
No volveré a comprar en Packhelp, ni yo ni ninguno de mis amigos empresarios.
La calidad y la fabricación han empeorado muchísimo.

En ocasiones trabajamos con distintos fabricantes para garantizar la disponibilidad y la continuidad del servicio, lo que puede implicar ligeras diferencias en el aspecto del packaging, en la forma de plegado o en cómo se preparan los productos para el transporte. Aun así, esto nunca debería traducirse en problemas de calidad ni en una experiencia negativa.
Nos preocupa especialmente saber que recibiste unidades defectuosas y dañadas, y que sentiste que tu caso no fue gestionado correctamente. Este no es el nivel de servicio que queremos ofrecer. Si estás de acuerdo, por favor comparte el número de pedido o cualquier información que nos ayude a identificar tu compra para que podamos revisar nuevamente todos los materiales que enviaste anteriormente (vídeos, fotos y mediciones) y hablar contigo otra vez para encontrar una solución justa.
