Service was very good but on GOOGLE you offer FREE delivery only to find out in the details its only for Metro areas. Disappointing to find Country Customers AGAIN have to pay more for a service.

Hi Darryl, thanks for your feedback and review. We will take this on board. It's true we offer free delivery to Metro areas but these also have conditions. The free delivery is for website orders only with a value of $100 and over. So even some Metro area customers are also paying for shipping. Further, when it comes to shipping, prices are set by the carriers and Pacific Packaging Australia has done their best to absorb that cost as much as possible. Hence the free shipping for website orders over $100 to Metro areas. Nonetheless, your feedback is important to us and will be evaluated by our team.

The company is very organised and fast acting, I ordered the product through the Brisbane location and they delivered to Wetherill Park in Sydney the next week so it was easy and local for us to collect. I collected it in 2 mins and was very happy how quick acting they were on the day of collection.
