Pabio Arvostelua 

I love Pabio. They solve all your problems related to furnishing your home.

Unfortunately my experience with Pabio has not been positive. I was referred by my brother: when I submitted our plans, I was offered a design that was almost identical to his, which was weird to me as our flats are quite different. I learned that they use only Pfister as a partner: Pfister also has a free 3D design service that will save you many hours dealing with Pabio as a middleman.

Despite their attempts to be helpful, Pabio could not do much when many of the deliveries had issues ranging from broken pieces to unfinished assembly.

Most importantly, one piece of fourniture was meant to have some lights included. Pabio is not helping me at all have these lights delivered or installed and insists that the pictures are not contractual, and that I have to pay an extra 1300 CHF to receive those lights. My latest attempts to get in touch with them and solve this situation have resulted in me being ghosted by them.

Experience was flowless. The contact person understood all my requests and the 3d proposal was very well executed even though I didn't have a precise floor plan. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and the delivery and assembly was on time as agreed. I am extremely satisfied with the service and I definitely recommend it.
