Great service and quick delivery
Great service and quick delivery, install instructions were a bit confusing and there were 2 extra screws in there which added to the confusion. Otherwise love them- great product and easy install once understood.

Toyota Hiace Gutter Ladder
After looking for quite some time for a ladder to access the roof area of my Toyota CamperVan without the need for a roof rack, I came across the Oz Roof Rack site and they had exactly what I needed by way of their 147cm Gutter Ladder.
The ladder was preorder so I cannot actually review the item but can say that the price, apparent quality and the positive reviews of others ticked all the boxes for me.
The website was easy to manoeuvre and I was happy with the order and payment experience.
Looking forward to receiving my ladder in due course.

High roof brackets…
Purchased a set of 4 high roof brackets for my Mitsubishi Rosa about 4 months ago. Perfect for mounting my solar panels. Just ordered another set, as I’m adding another panel. Bonus is that these brackets will also hold my side awning. Awesome gear. Highly recommend!

Brilliant Communication
The online ordering experience was easy and obvious with good payment options. The ongoing communication was swift and helpful. The experience was personalised as well in that a photo of the parcel being sent was forwarded to my email. Now THAT is helpful, visual evidence of the notifications you are receiving.

These racks are really great
These racks are really great! I got the 44cm high slots with 140cm crossbars for my Toyota Hiace, and they fit like a charm! They are sturdy and robust, and fit no problem. I was able to install them by myself, as well as install a solar panel onto them. I’d recommend this set up for anyone looking!

Ordered the wrong sized brackets and wanted to return them so I could purchase the correct sized ones. Pedro was very accommodating and quick with his reply. Overall it has been a very positive experience buying from Ozroofracks. Highly recommended.
