I can’t remember the guys name but his customer service is amazing, I was in a rush because oddly enough I needed roof racks at the last minute, he dispatched my order immediately after I got off the phone to him and sent me a photo of the box at the post office about 30 minutes later, I got the racks, in Tassie, the next day which is unheard of. I called practically begging him, he said he would dispatch them as fast as he could, and he did what he said he would do, which is becoming rarer these days. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, i sent a message via their website asking a question regarding a particular product and if it would work with what i was planning, it was after hours so i expected to hear back the next day, wasn't i wrong, Pedro messaged me back within 10 mins of sending the enquiry, after about 5 minutes he had answered my question, this was going to work, i bought the roof racks there and then, half an hour later Pedro send me a pic of my package ready to be picked up, a short time later i get an email with a tracking number, the transport company collected the package Friday afternoon North of Sydney, and i have received my package Monday in Melbourne, very well wrapped and its exactly what i was told it would be, very happy and very impressed, i 100% recommend OzRoofRacks.

Pedro was extremely helpful on the phone explaining which roof racks would best suit my van. He sent many photos of the products and explained the difference in the crossbars. Customer service was at a very high standard.
