I have received fantastic customer service. I was worried when I read the reviews but I definitely received the spray and fast response to my emails. I will rate the spray after 2 months of using it

Spray didn't work.

Followed link from well known NZ media page, purchased tool, found extra $45 dollar charge on credit card as 'hidden' ECO charge. Now Ozerty taking $59.99 out of credit card each month. From Ozerty nz online - listed phone number returns: "not allocated or temporarily unavailable", one reply from listed email seemed like AI and then no replies. From Australian website - phone numbers just not answered. TOTAL SCAM SITE. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE.

Absolute SCAM. DO NOT BUY from this website. They charged me $53 for some rubbish service fee, then when I asked for a refund they refunded me for the item I purchased for $18.i received my order and it broke within a day.
Don't be fooled by cheap prices

They charged me $29.95 service tax fee which was not mentioned anywhere. Scammer please avoid this company. I have to cancelled my credit card. Shame on you ozerty.

I got scammed too. BIG sale, Free shipping! Bu....it! They charged extra eco charge on my account. Order that was only $10 became $50! I asked them about thus and they gave me more excuses...Don't buy from them.
This is so against consumer rights.

BIG Con refused all add ons at checkout took 23.85 out of my acct for "eco chsrge" customer service sarcastically polite sent screenshot of greyed out writing at checkout load of c__p! Fitness watch for seniors u have to assemble sooo awkward couldnt do it and sent red when i
ordered black. So 9 poundsf for a piece of plastic crap and 14 for eco charge - they said contact them to return once recieved to return it very eco friendly not - am going to report to relevant body trading standards or somewhere these people are scummy thieves.

Giant scammers !!!!! A purchase that was supposed to be free delivery and only 37 NZ dollars became a 167 dollars purchase, the check out is a mess, I immediately made contact to cancel the order and was told that the order was already on the way even though it was within minutes of purchase. My bank is involved now. Be aware they are in Orlando Florida but advertise as they are in New Zealand they even have a phone number which does not work. Straight out THIEVES!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!! THE RIGHT THING TO DO WAS STOPPING ALL THIS BY CANCELING THE ORDER WHEN IT WAS REQUESTED. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!

They scammed me. They charged me in US dollars, and also added an 'eco charge' of NZ$29.95 for nothing at all. There was no cancellation facility online. I called the bank to find out more, and they said they were known scammers, and they would have to cancel my credit card.

Scam. Was charged double like others.

I was scammed by this company. Charged double (says ‘eco charge’ for items under $45.00). I cancelled within 5 minutes but they claimed my item was ‘in transit’ and I’d have to cancel on order arrival. Another $60.00 was illegally taken from my account before the product arrived. This meant a follow up call to my bank to try to recover the illegal and unauthorised theft from my account and to arrange freezing of the account. THIS IS A SCAM! Also, my bread knife did arrive, roughly packaged and with no paperwork to support the delivery. The knife is cheap and tacky looking and is not sharp as I was hoping for. This company has a .co.nz suffix on their website address but is registered in UAE. This is misleading and of course the time difference means no customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND ADVISE YOUR BANK OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Charged me for $55 and said they would do $25.... they are SCAMMERS - f these guys

I brought a item at the end of January, got charged some $30 Xtra charge ,even tho the item was $20. A few days ago they took a payment for $59.99 , emailed them and they want a ticket code sent the one they originally gave me and still waiting for a reply, I've had to cancel my credit card ,pain in the arse , for the future, people check the reviews before buying.

SCAM AVOID WILL CAUSE YOU TO HAVE NIGHTMARES.
Like others was charged twice as much as agreed to and no intelligent response from Ozerty.
Lodged a dispute with Amex and cancelled credit card. This month a new charge was made on my new Amex card by same company under slightly different name.
How can this happen?

Added a ridiculous eco charge. I immediately asked to cancel the order but they have said I will have to wait for the order to be sent to return it. From reading other reviews it’s likely that will be at a high costs too. Awful

Do not buy from here they added nearly $50nzd to my account for an eco charge, so I decided not go ahead.
I did not confirm the purchase and exited out of their checkout area, 5 minutes later my bank account pings.
How can this happen the product i wanted was less than $30nzd
I emailed them straight away to cancel the order and refund my money.
24 hours later I got an email saying the package was already in transit and I would need to return the product when I recieve it from China...what the ....

These are scammers. They’re not responding to my emails about the overcharged money of $29.95 for the eco charge. I’ve already sent a dispute message to my bank because they’re scamming people in Australia and New Zealand. Give me my money, you scumbags!

Agree with plenty of other customers, the added $29.95 eco charge is a scam.

Sadly, I have to agree with all the ONE STAR reviews! There is no indication on the payment section of an extra charge, and on the shipping section, you are led to believe that if you click on free shipping, then the total stated is what you have to pay.
Sneakily they state their extra charge for purchases under $40 on a second page which most buyers wouldn't go to.
Maybe legally they have covered themselves by this, but it's certainly not ethical business!

This Company is a Scam! – If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews before ordering and was overcharged and they call it a an eco charge. Totally misleading!!! It’s shocking that they continue this dishonest practice despite numerous complaints from other customers. This level of fraud is unacceptable. I have requested a refund and will update this review on whether they actually return my money. Avoid this company at all costs!

I have placed an order of $28 and was charged an extra of $29.90 AFTER finishing my order as ECO CHARGE!! They claimed that was a note on the payment page, but you can’t see anywhere that this charge is $29.90… at the time I’ve got my invoice (3 minutes later placing the order) I have sent an email cancelling the order, just to receive an reply saying that I need to receive the product to send back. As per their website the return policy is that YOU ARE responsible for all return costs and will take up to 10 days for your money to be returned. They also claim that any order can’t be stopped from sending, even tho I’ve lodged a Cancelation order within minutes after realising I was scammed by them… ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I’m not even sure if I’m getting what I’ve bought!!!
