Ozeroute sent through BLANK driver details and phone number half an hour before the booked pick up. Driver then didn't show up (should have seen that coming) and we were left with no way to contact anybody for assistance.

i will copy the below review because it is a 100% exact to the word situation that I have faced with my family in December 24.
"Driver did not show. We booked a shuttle from Paris CDG to our hotel (near Disneyland). The notification email 30mins before pick-up contained no information about our driver or their contact / vehicle details. We arrived to the pick-up location early. We waited for nearly an hour and no driver showed up. We had no other option but to pay for another taxi. I have contacted all of the emails contained in the website seeking a rrefund. Ozeroute, please get in touch with me via Email as soon as possible"
I am convinced this is done on purpose, and in fact there are no bus schedules at least for this route. They are likely combining several bookings into one and then sending one driver to pickup multiple booking across several hours spread. SHAME ON YOU. Horrible service, zero responsiveness, absolute ignorance to all my messages through all channels I have tried reaching them through (email, sms, whatsapp). They do this on purpose, because when the driver called me after ignoring my messages to him, his immediate reaction without even asking any questions or commenting on anything was "alright another no show" he of course also ingored my response to him (Which i duplicated in writing) that it is for a fact not a no show because i contacted the firm through 2 channels at least 60 mins before the delay and informed them about the situation and me being forced to take a taxi because i would not stand in the rain with my 3 year old in december in beauvais.

Nula atención al cliente, no te molestes en pedir información o intentar gestionar tu reserva por email, NO CONTESTAN. En la web no tienen área cliente, hay que hacerlo todo por email. En las preguntas frecuentes de su web te dicen que no hay problema en hacer cambios o anular las reservas y cuando intentas gestionar tu reserva, no te contestan, porque así pasa el tiempo y se quedan con el dinero.
Y ahora me contestarán, se disculparán y a estafar a otros. Edito tras respuesta de Ozeroute:
¿Infundadas? Tengo guardados todos los emails que demuestran lo siguiente: El 19/12/2024 solicité dos anulaciones en sus plazos correspondientes. En la primera envié un solo email en el que se me dio respuesta de acuse de recibo. No me dieron contestación. Pasó el plazo y se quedaron con el dinero. En la segunda anulación pensé que si la primera vez no habían visto un solo e-mail, mandando varios emails seguidos (15 en total), alguno de ellos verían. Y funcionó porque la segunda anulación si se procesó. Y me dicen que la primera no la vieron que seguramente se fue al spam y se quedan tan anchos. Así que escudándose en el spam se quedaron con el dinero del primer traslado. Así que sí, me estafaron el reembolso de la primera anulación.
Sigo pensando que tienen muy mala gestión de reservas.
Lo que no acabo de entender es cómo gestionan las reservas sólo por correo electrónico, con el riesgo que supone el spam. Con el pretexto de spam, el tiempo pasa, se vence el plazo y se quedan con el dinero.
Deberían mejorar la web incluyendo un área de clientes (como hacen todas las empresas dedicadas al comercio electrónico) donde el cliente se registra con un usuario y contraseña y puede ver el estado del pedido, pago, facturas y solicitar cambios o cancelaciones y utilizar el correo electrónico para confirmar lo que el cliente está haciendo en el área de clientes. Y así si se les podría considerar de verdad profesionales.

Worst drive of my life...
Worst drive of my life...
The driver turned up to the wrong place so we left about 15 minutes late.
We booked a car seat which was not fitted on arrival so we were left to quickly fit whilst in transit.
The driving was so erratic the driver had to slam his brakes on as he nearly crashed into another car.
My daughter was travel sick from the erratic driving. I asked him to stop multiple times and he didn't as there were other passengers presumably late for their flight.
Once we got to the airport he was getting other passenger into the car when there was still vomit on the floor.

A menos de 24 horas nos han cancelado el autobús (sin decirnos el porqué) desde Disneyland al aeropuerto de Beauvais (122 km) sin proporcionar una alternativa, ¿y ahora qué?
Editado después de la respuesta: ¿imprevistos meteorológicos? ¿No me dijisteis por correo "por razones operativas"? Me llevaron en coche que tuve que buscar por mi cuenta y hacía mucho sol ese día. Suena a excusa barata y que fue porque no iba lleno y no os salía rentable hacer 122 km por dos personas. Desde luego, que no os vuelgo a contratar, no sois nada fiables.

Ahora mismo, estoy viajando en un OzeRoute que nos está llevando a mí y a mi pareja del aeropuerto de París al centro de la ciudad. El conductor, además de ser muy desagradable tanto con nosotros como con la pareja con la que hemos coincidido en la furgoneta y tratar de reírse varias veces de nosotros; está tomando riesgos innecesarios en la carretera. Conduce durante todo el trayecto mientras habla por teléfono utilizando una de las manos para sostener el dispositivo. Además está lloviendo fuerte mientras viajamos. No recomiendo este medio de transporte ya que nos está dando bastante miedo. La furgoneta está bastante sucia, tanto por fuera como por dentro del vehículo.
