Excellent customer service
I love Oyo and have been using their products for a while, and their customer service is phenomenal! I had a recent order get delivered and I noticed one of the products was missing, despite the box and rest of the products being in perfect condition. I sent an email regarding the issue and Andrea got back to me immediately, and I was shipped that replacement product that day. I’m so appreciative of Oyo and their team!

This honestly means so much, thank you for being such a kind and loyal part of the OYO fam, Paige💗
We’re really glad Andrea was able to get things sorted quickly for you. Missing items are the worst (even when the box looks perfect!), so we’re just happy we could make it right fast.
Thanks again for sticking with us, we’re always here if you need anything! ✨
Fantastic customer service
Huge shout-out to Nicole from their team, who provided the best customer support I've received like, probably ever! She went above and beyond to help me navigate a return as well as finding solutions to some tech issues, all while being super reactive, caring and the absolute sweetest person to chat to. Thank you ❤️

Fantastic product, lived up to all the good reviews!
Recently I've really started disliking the feeling of shaving so I decided to give this a go... I've never used any hair removal creams before because I'd heard they can hurt/burn so I didn't really know what to expect. This cream is honestly amazing, it doesn't hurt or burn and it removed all hair in 10 mins. Its super easy to use - the spatula provided is perfect for easy application, removal and is easy to clean as well. I would definitely recommend this product, its smells great and leaves the skin feeling moisturised.

Amelia, love this for you. Trying a hair removal cream for the first time can be a bit nerve-wracking, especially with all the horror stories out there, so I’m really glad this one felt gentle and straightforward. Thanks for giving it a go and sharing your experience 💕

Gabrielle, totally hear you! Most creams come with that strong smell and a whole lot of soreness after. So good to know this one kept your skin soft and smooth without any of that drama. Thanks for the love xx
These products are absolutely fantastic.
These products are absolutely spectacular! I was tired of painful waxing so I jumped on the bandwagon and I don’t regret it one bit! My order got lost in the mail so I reached out to customer service and they were so sweet and helpful!

Hey Jordan! So happy the products lived up to the hype for you. And glad the team could help sort out the lost package quickly. Nothing worse than waiting around when you’re excited to try something new! 😉
Great products that work
I have bought most of the product ranges. My favourite is the “Keep it clean” “ Final touch” and “Keep it fresh.” All of them do exactly what the description says. The keep it clean makes me feel more clean and fresh. It is also moisturising . The final touch oil is great for moisturising dry skin. The keep it fresh spray bottle helps me feeling fresh. These products are great for intimate areas. I am very impressed with this company.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, the hair removal cream didn’t work at all and just irritated my skin. I followed the instructions and didn’t receive the results.

We’re really sorry to hear that the Bye Bye Bush didn’t work as expected and caused irritation. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially after following the instructions. Skin can vary, and sometimes products don’t react the same for everyone. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any tips or further assistance, we’re here to help! 💖
Didn't work for me
I really wanted to love these products as much as I wanted them to work, but unfortunately they haven’t made a difference for me. I spent just under £100 and, while they smell nice and come in great packaging, they haven’t helped with ingrown hairs or improved my scars (I’ve been using them since May). With so many glowing reviews, my expectations were quite high, but I think it’s important to share that these products may not be effective for everyone.

Holy grail find!
The results speak for themselves! After trying countless hair removal methods I never thought my bikini line would recover and I'd feel confident swimming at the beach again. That was...until I found oyo skincare's hair removal cream. So long as this product exists, I WILL be using it. Is it weird to bring hair removal cream to a favorite's party...?
