Oxycell Arvostelua 

Buyer Beware: Unethical business practices and complete failure to honor their return policy. I purchased an Oxycell Hyperbaric system for $65,161.43. It was delivered completely Dead on Arrival (DOA)—the system would not power on or hold pressure.

This total mechanical failure was witnessed and logged on-site by Oxycell’s own delivery crew.
Their advertised policy promises a 30-day window to return items for a full refund. I formally rejected the machinery and requested an RMA number well within that timeframe.

Instead of processing the return, Oxycell is intentionally stalling to run out the 30-day clock. They refuse to send an RMA and are trying to force a "repair track" on a machine that never worked for a single second.

Unbelievably, their support team demanded that we take off the structural side panels of this heavy, pressurized machinery ourselves to troubleshoot it for them on video.

We have filed formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for FDUTPA trade violations, initiated mediation via FDACS, and filed formal credit card disputes with Chase and Amex.

Do not risk your capital with a company that abandons its customers and refuses to stand behind its own policies.

Avoid Oxycell.

This company is one of the most dysfunctional, clueless, unethical companies I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered my Excel in November 2025. Days before delivery in February of this year, they told me the dimensions I provided actually won’t work. I was then upsold to rhe vantage with promises that it would work. 6 months later, it is finally getting delivered, but I’m having to rip out my drywall and close down operations. Buyer beware. Go with one of the other 10 companies out there.

The OxyPro Genesis is a good unit that is comfortable. I am using it for stroke recovery and it is the only one that I tried that I can easily get in and out of. The only complaint that IO have is the oxygen meter on the display says that the oxygen concentration in the chamber is only 53% at the highest reading. The operator says that it is a defect in the sensor or something else. I am using a cannula which I presume is providing 95% pure oxygen to my nose. If it wasn't for this it would be 5 stars. It is really a pleasant and comfortable chamber with a lot of adjustments

The CEO Tom sold me the product and once the sale is made $80,000 plus paid for this project and there are product issues Tom disappears and can't be bothered with texts or phone calls? 100% Ignored! What CEO of a business that directly sells you $77,000.00 product with a required $10,000.00 electrical housing upgrade? WOW?! Extraordinarily arrogant! Okay I got 4 remote controls, 2 had batteries and the other 2 required 2 AAA bateries a piece and $77,000.00 later, you guessed it. No batteries. His helper tells me to buy items on Amazon, really! For a very high ticket in home product the CEO acts like a snake oil salesman and is definitely not representative of leading a successful company that intends to establish a good reputation. I bought the OxyPro Ultra which is a Chinese Manufactured product by Macy-Pan according to the manual and it looks like Oxycell puts their name on it. He contracts with subcontractors to install the equipment which I had a very good experience with. Sour taste on this one folks!
