Love the xlim pro2 sleek design-it actually looks good and feels comfortable to hold. The airflow adjustment is a nice touch, and it hits smoothly every time

If you think to work with them, better just to stay away with them. After 2 months discussion the guy called CICI, he stopped talking and cut. Stole my time.

Plus their products are total shit, bad quality. Their customer service is terrible, too.

I wanted something simple but effective, and XLIM GO delivers. No complicated settings, just pop in a pod and go. Haven't had any issues with it so far.

I've tried many vapes over the years, but OXVA truly delivers the best flavor experience. Every puff is smooth, consistent, and satisfying. If you care about flavor, this is the one to get!

This is an update on my earlier review. Over the last 10 months I have used 3 OXVA Xlim Pro & have reliability issues with all of them. One has been replaced by the on-line retailer with a Xlim Classic Edition as it just “died” & was non-repairable. The second one has also decided to go on strike after displaying a variety of problems charging, draining the battery within hours & just switching off. It now obstinately refuses to accept a charge at all. The Xlim Classic is alright so far, but I did find that the end casing has slightly raised edges & these were catching on my hand & clothing. Ten minutes with a small file & I have resolved this, but even so….These devices are relatively cheap compared to the cost of the pods, but they seem unable to achieve any kind of acceptable longevity. Again, it seems wise to keep a back-up. I currently have a Vaporesso model which is doing ok.

Appalling customer service
I bought an Oxva VPrime Kit from an online retailer and 4 pods died after a few days use. I contacted the website where I bought it and they stated that their warranty expired after 3 weeks (it had been 6) and advised me to contact the manufacturer. I contacted them and after many emails back and forth where they asked me to send pics and videos they refused to accept that the device had a fault and said that it was down to faulty pods. I asked for them to replace the faulty device and stated that they would send me one pod and if the same thing happened then to get back in touch. I tried to explain that the 4 pods that had blown were all from different retailers and had different serial numbers but they weren’t even slightly interested. I would not advise anyone to purchase from them as they refuse to replace faulty devices and I will be taking this to trading standards. I would give them 0 stars if possible

Been using oxva for 2 years now and it is due to their lack of quality control i am stopping vaping. I cant be bothered anymore. Nearly every pod i get leaks even though I use 50/50 juice and I prime and don’t overfill my pods. The leaking has now damaged 3 different xlim pens. Also had 2 chargers from the vape kits which have been faulty- 1 which caught fire after being plugged in 10 minutes and one which the metal piece broke off inside my device. Avoid at all costs!!!

After using for just about four months my XSlim Pro stopped charging. Shows like it’s charging, stays hours on charge but always low battery and no puffs at all. Tried different cables, same result. Don’t buy their advertising, its just same faulty device as many others

Very dangerous product!!! I have been using the Xlim for well over a year and it’s been best but given up the ghost, so I got the Xlim pro, I’m now on my 3rd with issues with them all, they don’t work, don’t allowed you to puff, they over heat and overall not what you would expect and a safety hazzord🎚️🎚️

DEVICE BROKEN AFTER 3 days , where other cheap ones still work.

NO REFUND, only instruction to send 1000km on my on cost and time to have a look at it.

CHEAP CHINA STUFF not WORTH MONEY.

ich habe wirklich sehr viele oxvaprodukte,von tanks, über podkits bis zu den kleineren Akkuträgern und ich muss sagen,top Qualität und Funktionalität,wenn irgend etwas sein sollte, findet man immer einen Ansprechpartner beim oxvateam,sie sind alle sehr hilfsbereit und nett und um gute Lösungen bemüht!
für mich ist oxva einer meiner Lieblingshersteller,sie haben tolle Designs bei ihren Produkten, die Produkte sind leicht zu bedienen,haben ein sehr gutes Dampfverhalten und wie gesagt,die Erfahrungen die ich mit und bei Oxva sammeln durfte,sind alle rundum sehr positiv!!!
Ich hoffe noch ganz viel neues von Oxva zu sehen und in Händen halten zu dürfen!
