Skip is on my drive now 2 weeks. I made 3 phone calls so far in relation collection and am still waiting for pick up.

Hired a skip from Oxigen Environmental - Ballymount, Dublin. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly . Communication was fast and highly professional from start to finish. It is rare to find this level of reliability and excellent customer care these days. Even the delivery / collection driver was brilliant. Contact impossible
Th delivery and collection was OK, as it turned out. But I wanted to know delivery & pick up times.
The 0818 number was always busy, the 042 number cut off after 22min on hold, my email was not answered. We live remotely and if we are not in, the gate is locked.
If you cannot be contacted, I cannot use you again. Your website did not have a button to register as a new user, either!!!

Great service Midland Region
Whole process from beginning to end was great. I was dealing with the man in the midland office and he couldn't have been more helpful. Very efficient and helpful. I had to get a second skip and he got it to me so quickly. The man who collected the skips was the same, friendly, helpful and efficient.

Skip not collected yet
Skip delivered as expected but still not collected and we're now nearly at 4 days since collection was due.
When you ring oxigen you get little to no information other than one of our branches is due to collect it, getting frustrated now having to phone up Oxigen to ask constantly. Need this skip gone asap.
Edit - collected this morning. But in future some communication would be good

I have had nothing but problems with my…
I have had nothing but problems with my bins getting emptied since I signed with Oxigen in June. They didn't collect my organic waste and when I complained they said they would return and didn't. Complained again and the same problem. I'm sick of this. Not the best company for giving customers what they are paying for.

The worst customer service in the country, absolutely appauling, I don't know how they are even open, Staff are a joke and need some serious training on how to do their jobs .

I ordered the skip online and then…
I ordered the skip online and then tried to call to ask what time the skip would arrive nobody could answer this question I told them I needed to be with the driver as we have an electric car and need access for charger and I arrived home the drive comepltely blocked charger inaccessible
