Oxigen Environmental - Ballymount, Dublin Arvostelua

Very good experience

Seamless experience from start to finish, well done.

Arrived on time. Driver was very polite and friendly.

Ordered a 14 yrd skip, 6yd delivered, phoned and the lovely lady apologised and was sending another skip to make up the difference, only for another 6yrd to arrive. Rang back and kindly explained my issue and the lady was so rude, huffing down the phone at me. Asked me why should I care as its only 2yard in the difference. Skips aren't cheap, I ordered and paid for a 14 so expect to get a 14. Mistakes happen, i understand but her manner was awful. She finally offered me a refund for the cost of the 2 yd difference and said she would ring me in a few minutes to arrange. Havent heard a word since. Disgraceful customer service

Skip delivered and collected on time.

Very efficient, will order again if needed.

Came on designated day. Very helpful driver/operator. Would like to have had more certainty re time but very helpful person in office gave a good indication. It would have been useful to have had less lead in time for delivery (nearly a week), as we were under time pressure. Also had the skip for an extra day after reporting it ready for removal. This wasn’t a huge issue except that our skip was on the public path and it was a concern for me that it could be accessed for fly-tipping of prohibited material overnight, such as mattresses, which we would have had to remove or pay for. Thankfully this did not occur - only minor “additions” were added, possibly due to busyness of road at its location. Thus the extra material was an irritant rather than a disaster! Would be happy to use Oxigen for a skip again.

Delivery on time. Helpful, patient, considerate staff member Liam so kind.. impressed

Very easy to book and staff very friendly. Skip arrived and collected on the day of request.

Hired a skip from Oxigen Environmental - Ballymount, Dublin. The entire process was incredibly smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly . Communication was fast and highly professional from start to finish. It is rare to find this level of reliability and excellent customer care these days. Even the delivery / collection driver was brilliant. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended! Outstanding five-star service!

Good price, delivered promptly and collected within a reasonable time

Overall the service provided is excellent and no challenges what so ever.

However, the reason for 5 stars goes beyond this. My not quite 2 year old son always runs to the window when he hears the truck coming into the estate, and when they get to our house the team are always so eager to wave, flash their lights, and make a big deal for him, and it really makes his day.

Other compaines who service our area don't do the same despite having an opportnity to.

Its a little thing, but has a massive positive impact for our family!

Skip arrived on time but collection was late . We needed access to the front garden after the choosen date for pick up. I made many attempts to call dublin center with no answer and 2 emails left by the middlands team . Communication was dissappointing . Still awaiting the team for collection

On time good price

Ordered the smaller skip but was advised to get the bigger one. Staff were so helpful and changed it with no issue. Took the extra payment and had the skip on the day I wanted it. Cheapest price after I checked all other skip hires. I had it for 5 days and received a text to see if I was finished with it and wanted it collected. The skip was collected next day. Great service and staff

so easy to book super efficient, reasonably priced and left it at my home for a week brilliant

great service,great price

Best value for money and quick and easy online service. I had to telephone the Company to check the delivery time and I was put through to the right person who answered my query quickly.

Good price, delivered promptly. Would have liked the skip to be collected sooner but that's a minor gripe.

Good delivery service
