We arrived thirty minutes before closing time for a tiny amount of lino (a small spend in the context of a home flooring store) and Katharina was as bright and helpful as if it was early morning ! She prices and cut my tiny piece, rolled and carried it for me and couldn't have been more helpful! The whole team were smiling and lovely on arrival but Katharina's service was outstanding!
