Heather20 has been very helpful. Can’t wait to try!!!

I had a breech in my checking account. I asked for my subscription to be canceled and it was done immediatly. So appreciative of thst

I’d like to thank Heather for introducing me, the city mix . I like it so far so good . And she checks on me to make sure how the product is doing😌

The shipping was quick and fast. And the follow up of if I had any concerns or questions. Can’t wait to see the results!

Customer Service was wonderful. I had an issue with an order and Sarah immediately addressed it.

I don't like the taste, because there isn't one. Same issue as everyone else. Partial refund, automatic renewal without knowing... I am sure it is somewhere hard to find in the ordering details. I did find where to cancel at the very bottom of the page. $68 order, $28 and some change refund.. and go ahead and keep the 5 unopened containers you already have. Thank you, but no thank you. How does that follow their 90 day policy. They can't even follow that, no accountability what so ever.. I tried to like it, can't, and tired of companies like this.

I appreciate having someone available for questions!! That’s great customer service.

Do not buy! First I would like to say it had no effect for me. Which I was fine with i tried it and that was that. But then put of no where I get notified I got charged for another one. I had to then go figure out how to get into an account I didnt know I had. Found out that they auto enroll you into a subscription. Trying to cancel that was difficult. Even contacting them, the refused to cancel it and said I have to donit myself but wouldn't give clear explanation how. Finally I hope I got it cancelled. It finally shows its not active. They say they are a 90 day money back guarantee. They are not. Even though I contacted them before the item Even shipped, they still shipped it, refused to to give me my money back, only gave me a small portion back, and when I asked to speak to someone above them, they stopped responding to me. I am normally not a Karen about things. But when it comes to shady things like this, she comes out. All I wanted was for them to take the item back and to refund me.. and they refused.. thier money back guarantee means nothing.. and putting me in a subscription that I had no idea about was not ok nor helping to cancel it was not ok.. I am completely grossed out by this company.

The product does not taste as they explained it actually does not have much of a taste at all. Did not make me loss and weight or stop any cravings. The company automatically signed me up for a subscription which I did not want and when I tried to cancel it customer service stalled so much the order was actually sent and they still will not give a refund for the fraudulent subscription. They do not stand by the money back guarantee either. When I asked them they ignored the request. Would not recommend buying anything from this company.

I ordered their stuff based on their website saying I could return it if I didn't like it or it didn't work. I had both those issues & they refused to give me a full refund. They said I could keep it, I said I don't want it. I want a refund. They were rude & not at all helpful. They gave me $10.80 back out of $30.00 I am not happy. Buyer beware

Have spent several days trying to cancel any further orders. I keep getting information to reorder an can not get to where I can cancel my account. Very frustrating

Was very nice young lady. She explained everything to me very helpful

this is colored water ! also customer service is AI useless. I finished with thanks AI, they responded your welcome. and repeated previous sentences. there is no flavor at all !

Customer service

This product is absolute GARBAGE!! Don’t get wrapped up in it. The 1st container came and will not dissolve in water. Stays clumpy. I have tried several ways. Tried a little frother and still didn’t dissolve, I have tried warmer water still nothing. If you leave it sit for over an hr it finally dissolves. Then trying to cancel took 8 emails and they still shipped the products. Now trying to get a refund is next to impossible. Next step is fighting it with the bank. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!

I had a great experience with Heather from customer support. She helped answer my questions and secured my purchase. I received my order quickly and, had my first drink today! It was delicious.

Product was fine. Customer service is terrible. Ordered 3mo supply and figured next order would ship in 3 months. Nope, they billed me a month later. It hasn't shipped so asked to cancel order and get a refund. Had a whole long email thread with CS for them to tell me they have no record of a request to cancel or asking for a refund. Mind you this back and forth was all within a few hours. Cancelled my subscription all together even though I thought the product worked well.

The ads stated the taste is like Starbucks strawberry drink. In reality, it taste like water with color. I reached out to Ovia but they would not send me a full refund.

I waited over a month for the product, only to receive an empty bag and their AI customer service rep, Sarah, will only refund $13. I can’t get to a real person. Don’t waste your time! Complete scam!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the product, it did absolutely nothing for me so I cancelled. The charged me again. I had to fight with customer service rep (Sarah) for two days She would only give a 1/3 refund back. The website said FULL REFUND if not satisfied. I was not satisfied so why wouldn’t they give a full refund? Shady people, shady product, I would NOT recommend this to anyone.
