Ovia has the right amount of flavor. 1 stick to 8 ounces of water is perfect. I have found the flavor of most drink mixes are too sweet or overpowering for my taste and I end up diluting them.

I received a personal email to discuss my purchase. We discussed my goals. Pretty sure it’s mostly AI but still it is nice to know the company is easy to access.

I did not sign up for the subscription, intentionally paid shipping, they tried to charge me a second time I of course disputed the charge and won. I had even gone in and cancelled a subscription that I never signed up for and today I’m notified that my shipment has been delivered. Do not trust this company, they are dishonest and absolutely impossible to contact.

It has so far done exactly what I was told it would do. I would recommend anyone to start this. Heather has reached out a number of times checking to see if I need anything that means a-lot

Customer service sucks. There is no customer service number to call and I feel the email response is AI generated. I have emailed several times to fix a problem and get the same email and answer.

Customer service is absolute worst. This company is a scam. Buyer beware. I never received my product yet they charged my card the very next day. Beware when you only have an email as your only method as contact. October 27 and still no product, but at this point and after reading reviews, I don't want it. Others state it tastes like water and doesn't work. Beware of quick fixes.

If I could give zero star review I would. Drink not only tasted terrible, it made me nauseated and my blood pressure skyrocket so I initiated a refund request in accordance with their policy and got nothing but the run around, lies and an offer of $13 refund for the $59 worth of product I purchased. They also have predatory practice of prechecking the automatic refill shipments so you don't even know until you have paid that you are on auto shipment! I have filed a charge back with my bank and a complaint with the fraud department. Buyer beware!
