I love OVHcloud! It's worked great for hosting my websites and domains over the past few years.

Support helped investigate some issues I was having with my public cloud environment & their responses were prompt and professional. I was very satisfied with their remediation proposal for my issue.

Good quality and variety of service, good price, slow support.
A good option for technical people who don't need any much support.

Worst VPS service ever. They advertise as having UK servers, so I paid extra and had UK server added to my setup. Spent hours setting up my linux server to then be getting blocked with the service as the IP addresses were French and not UK based. Contacted customer support and they offered no solutions what so ever, told me its not their problem.

So i cancelled the plan and am still trying to get my refund. I paid with Paypal and after a week, still no refund. So I opened a paypal dispute then they were messaging me telling me to close the dispute then they will refund me which is a complete scam then i loose all buyer rights. Ive escalted to full paypal dispute now as they still wont issue the refund.

This company are an absolute joke and the worst customer service Ive ever had, avoid at all costs. Went back to my old VPS which has genuine UK IP addresses.

Following several problem free years it now seems that OVH can't collect payments from my account.
After trying and failing to contact OVH, the contact email the system provides returns a no longer in use message, I re-entered my details and problem solved.
3 days later an agent writes and tells me it was my fault !

Really good, if you know server stuff, then use this brand :)

I opened a ticket 3 days ago and have heard nothing.

I'm in the process of starting my own business and chose OVHcloud as it offers what I need and is based in Europe.

I need a bit of help getting things setup so raised a support ticket for something I think is a simple request... and nothing.

If this is how they treat new customers lord only knows how they treat you once they have you on the hook.

Glad I found out about this early... currently looking for an alternative supplier.

Lllevo varios años contratando con ustedes servidores ya que mi empresa se dedica a dar soluciones online. Entiendo que debido a lo sucedido OVH envio un mail que no vimos y se dio de baja el servidor. Cuando lo restauramos, contestamos 2 veces a l mail una en castellano otra en ingles y abrimos un ticket de soporte. Despues de 5 horas de caida en 2 dias consecutivos, tras llamar me dicen que estan a la espera de una contestación por mail. Eso fue terrible para nosotros, con perdida de clientes, cuando con la llamada un técnico envio ticket a de abuse y se soluciono en 10 min. Tienen que dar un soporte algo mas premium, aunque me lo cobren claro pero mi empresa no puede depender de un correo electronico.

The bare metal servers so far seem OK but the support is awful, truly some of the slowest I've ever experienced (over 25 years in the industry) and when you spend thousands on their services you'd expect better. I am nervous how things will go if we have an actual hardware issue or something that requires ovhcloud intervention as it will likely take days to resolve. After the contract period is up we will likely move away.

I made a genuine mistake — I accidentally set my VPS renewal to 12 months instead of my usual monthly billing (~£69/month, which I have paid every month). I reported it immediately, but I was told the annual invoice of £827.04 cannot be cancelled or reissued as a monthly one, and that nothing can be done except pay the full year.

I also explained I could pay on Tuesday, when I get paid, and asked for the service to be temporarily reactivated or the deletion delayed — this was refused, and my request to escalate to a supervisor was not accepted either.

The result is that I am forced to pay for an entire year I never intended to buy, simply to avoid losing data that took me a very long time and a lot of money to build. A simple correction of a billing frequency should not put a customer's data at risk. The advisor was polite, but no real solution was offered.

Fast dedicated server, good support and quick setup, happy with the service.

I have been using OVH for a Dedicated Server for almost 10 years now. The service has been exceptional. Any issues or questions that I have had have been answered quickly and professionally by the Knowledgeable Support Staff.

I would highly recommend OVH for their reasonable pricing on Dedicated Servers, Web Hosting and outstanding support on even there most basic support level.

I’ve had a genuinely excellent experience with OVHcloud.

Their servers have been reliable, performance has been strong, and the pricing is very competitive compared with a lot of other hosting providers. I particularly like the amount of control you get over your infrastructure without being charged ridiculous prices for every little extra.

Setup has been straightforward, the platform gives you plenty of options, and everything I’ve used so far has worked exactly as expected.

For anyone comfortable managing their own servers and looking for solid infrastructure at a fair price, OVHcloud is very hard to beat.

Very happy with the service and I’ll definitely continue using them. Highly recommended.

Cancelled my purchase for 0 reason without refund, placed another one under the guide of customer support and still cancelled it.
