I am very pleased and grateful to Gurpal from twowaymarkets who I will say had literally held my hand and guided me through what I considered the abcd of a new trader like myself. With his help and more particularly the videos he sent, I was able to make sense of most of the theories I learned from trendsgnal workshops. Been very happy, so far

Been live trading with ETX Capital for approx 1 year now and have found the platform easy to use but more importantly when i have need help or assitance with something the account managers have been extremely helpful and easy to deal with. As a new trader this is important to me and thus far delighted with the service.

There seems to be a glitch with the Android app. In my case it resulted in a stop being automatically placed just 14 points my open on the UK100. This virtually guaranteed a loss (no surprise). The biggest issue I have is that I am told that I most likely placed the stop loss myself. Since this is a pair trade with ASX200, I never place stop losses since this would not work as a pair trade. The Android app is so unresponsive that you need to tap really hard for anything to happen. Next thing you know, you have placed 3-4 trades instead of one. Just horrible. I will stick with IG, City and CMC.
I have spoken to ETX to discuss but they place the blame on me.

Struggling with putting the trades on re the tickets,
Part of the problem was that I was not using a mouse with my laptop, the finger panel was not allowing me to put on the trades properly. I am still struggling with the tickets, Cant get the open positions to show having placed a trade so keep having to cancel, Speaking to my coach on Wed am

Customer service and people are excellent but I need to understand your sytem.

I have been with ETX Capital for a couple of months now, I currently have a position in Gold at a -100% loss, after this ETX had contacted me about closing my account, I asked what the reasoning was and the response I got was "I don't meet their risk requirements" and got no other explanation, my position will be closed at a loss and there is nothing I can do about it. They gave me 10 days to close my positions whether it is at a loss or profit. I have told them I will be filling a complaint as this is not how you do business.

I've only just started trading and I find The ETX Capital platform easy to use. It gives confidence to do more trades.

Following attempted correction of problems with the help of TwoWayMarkets it was discovered that my platform was a little out of date and needed a complete up-to-date install. Help was needed from ETX Capital to transfer funds from the old platform to the new. A friendly and patient operative guided me and the transfer was arranged. I was advised that the transfer may not occur until the following. I was therefore pleasantly surprised when the transfer had taken place within an hour

My ETX experience.
So, I am a retail day trader. I have been with ETX for over a year now. I use both the Web base platform and also the Android App. Both are equally as good to use, with the exception the App gives you the ability to trade on the go. The platform has all the indicators needed to follow price. One click action to get in quick on a trade just one of the settings allowing you to arrange your platform visually as required. No problems at all on fund withdrawals, giving peace of mind if you need to pull on your account fund. After Service I find is never a call or a message away before you get a quick response. My experience with ETX is very good, I am more than content with how they see me and react to my contacts and requests. From my experience with them I can reccomend their platforms and after Service.
