أنا وكيل (IB) لدى هذه الشركة، وقد قمت بتقديم طلب سحب أرباح الوكيل منذ 9 أيام كاملة، وحتى الآن لم يتم تنفيذ الطلب، ولم يتم تقديم أي رد رسمي أو حتى توضيح بسيط عن سبب التأخير.
الأمر المقلق أكثر أنني قمت بإرسال عدة تذاكر دعم ورسائل متابعة، وكلها موثقة، ومع ذلك تم تجاهلها تمامًا دون أي استجابة تُذكر.
هذا ليس مجرد تأخير عادي، بل مؤشر خطير على ضعف المصداقية وسوء إدارة طلبات السحب، وهو أكثر شيء حساس في أي شركة تداول.
للعلم، لدي أشخاص تحت وكالتي ومودعين، وهذا التأخير لا يضر بي فقط، بل يضع أموال وثقة عدد كبير من المتداولين في دائرة الخطر.
📌 الخلاصة: إذا كنت تفكر في التعامل مع هذه الشركة، فكر جيدًا قبل إيداع أموالك، لأن مشاكل السحب بدأت بالظهور بشكل واضح.
سأقوم بتحديث هذا المنشور في حال تم حل المشكلة، لكن حتى الآن — لا يوجد أي تجاوب.

I deposited $1,908 with Otet Markets and traded manually without using any bonus, promotional credits, or automated systems.
My account balance is currently $551, but my account has been suspended without prior notice, and I have been denied access to the client area.
The broker previously stated that my deposited capital remains available for withdrawal. However, I have not been provided with any functional withdrawal method, and my repeated emails to the legal and support departments have been ignored.
All trading accounts were registered under my own name and identity. No fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited trading strategies were used.
At this stage, I am only requesting the withdrawal of my remaining balance of $551, which is rightfully mine.
I request the broker to resolve this issue immediately. If no action is taken, I will escalate the case to relevant financial regulators and payment dispute channels.

All was good and I had good experiences with it.

Overall experience is good, low spread and fast execution but kyc is something else, for the past 3 days now my kyc is still pending and support is not helping, they keep sending you to different department.

Update: My account is verified, It was due to Ramadan festival, hence the support delay, but after all, they replied and sorted me out.

I’m giving 2 stars because my KYC verification has still not been approved after more than 48 hours. I have already submitted all the required documents as requested.

I contacted the helpdesk, and they asked me to submit a support ticket, which I did. Unfortunately, the response has not been helpful, and my KYC is still not being processed at the time of writing. There is no clear update or timeline provided, which is frustrating.

I hope Otet Markets can improve their KYC processing speed and provide clearer communication from their support team, especially for new users who want to start using the platform.
