Outway Arvostelua

The compression socks I ordered are not only gorgeous, they are also comfortable and fit perfectly.

Excellent service !
Quality products
Excellent socks for hiking with original looks 😊

We have been ordering from Outway for the past three years for our community kids run club initiative. We greatly appreciate the quality of the socks, friendly and timely customer service, competitive pricing, and speed of delivery.

I had an issue with one of the items I ordered but from the moment I contacted customer service regarding the item they did everything the could to remedy the situation.

High quality products and would definitely recommend.

I really like the quality, and I added a sock after a few wears made a hole. I contacted them, and they checked if I had the right size and then sent me a replacement. They also checked if I really received the replacement and gave me a promotion for my next purchase. Wow, really great service !

Outway rectified a missed delivery by following up and offering me free choice of another pair of socks. At first, I was a bit put off by the AI-generated auto-response to my complaint. But staff followed up to ensure the problem was fixed. They went from putting me off ordering again to a customer who will come back.

Customer service is amazing! Quick response. Issue fixed rapidly. I never taught sock could be this comfortable.

These are easily my favourite socks! I had a pair before and loved how comfortable they were, so I came back for more. Customer service was also quick to respond and super helpful. Great socks and a great company!

Amazing company with amazing stuff, so helpful they reach you so fast, i had an issue with my order, had the chance to deal with mr Aiko, he was so helpful, thanks Aiko, thanks Outway

I love Outway socks! I wear them for CrossFit and any exercising I do. Outway has been an amazing company to deal with and handles any mistakes or errors immediately and effectively. I will always support a company like this ❤️
Love your favourite Socker😁

I ordered five pairs of socks, figuring I would give Outway a try. I was really happy with all of them. However, one pair of light merino crew socks had a defect and developed holes after only a few wears. I contacted the company to mention the defect, not because I wanted a replacement, but just so that they were aware of the problem going forward. My email was answered within 24 hours, and they quickly offered to replace the socks free of charge. The replacement pair arrived in under a week, no questions asked, no complications. I'm really happy with the socks, and couldn't rate the customer service any higher. I will for sure be buying more socks from Outway in the future. Also love the fact that this is a Canadian company.

At first look these socks were very good, cools design, canadian company, lots of comments from people and feet felt good. Placed more orders for more socks, $350.00 worth. I like socks! Slowly started getting thinning and hole on the heels of the socks within a couple months. So, just about a year on with these socks, I have to say that the design is awesome, quality is junk!

Disappointed sock wearer

Probably the best customer service from a company I have ever experienced. The whole team are genuinely caring people, who work for an incredible company. You'd think socks, big whoop. But when you have the right product, the right policies and the right team it really coalesces into something remarkable.

I'd recommend Outway to any of my friends. The socks are phenomenal. And while I am personally not able to use any of the knee high or crew socks because of my leg size. Maria and the whole customer service made sure to take care of me and get me replacements that I am fully satisfied with. Thanks Outway!

Excellent service, j'ai eu un souci avec une paire manquante, et j'ai pu le régler rapidement.

Outway socks are fantastic (great quality and the best prints!) and the customer service provided is also top notch. I recently purchased the wrong size of socks that were meant to be given as a gift and Outway corrected the issue right away for me!

OUTWAY is the best! Customer service was so quick responsive and genuinely cared about helping me. And the socks are super comfy for workouts and they look great. Definitely buying more!

Great quality socks. Bought some a couple of years ago and they still look and feel great, no discolouration and the material remains like new I've now ordered some more and the customer service was A1. Highly recommend this product.

Love the socks. Love how quickly they respond to emails.
Would like some of the “darker” patterns to come back though.
I really liked the skeleton one and the one with monsters on it.
