Customer service is horrible…

Customer service is horrible sneakers are nice, not my first purchase from Giuseppe Zanotti and I’ve had issues previous orders and the customer service I would give 1 star

I got the wrong model

I got the wrong model . I ordered KRISS winter brown size 23 and got KRISS black VELJASM, not the model I wanted. I emailed a few times with this issue and did not get any response. I am still waiting for a response. Thnak you

I ordered on 29.12.2025 and still not delivered

I ordered on 29.12.2025. Today is 16.01.2026 - still not delivered. Gave them all they need. Even sent my ID card on Whatsapp which I should say violates all the GDPR laws in EU. I contacted them 6 times already and the response was always the same - "we will get in touch with you when we receive an answer from DHL". Should I mention that there still is no answer. Today I will be applying for a refund and never coming back to purchase anything from this company. Wish them all the best, but considering that they are Italians probably nothing good will happen. To all the customers - consider the fact that the founder bought his shares back from LVMH and having this company sale their shares means one thing - Zanotti is not doing great.

Christmas Innahs

Found a pair of shoes that popped up in Outseason shop. Immediately ordered them. Arrival was prompt, considering I ordered the shoes on Christmas Day. Shoes were well packed and nicely packaged.
