Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with G. Zannotti. The courier just drop the parcel in the hallway of a building without authorization, but the worst part is that Zannotti customer service other than sending broken records email "apologizing for the inconvenience" did not do anything to fix the issue, not a call, not a solution, I had to follow up twice after they told me that to open an investigation I had 30 days from the day of delivery, delivery I never received as the parcel went missing. As for today I haven't received yet my money back, and no shoes.
