I recently made a purchase of a wooden outdoor game, online from outlet.e-bikesdirect.co.uk
The item arrived very quickly, considering it was free postage. The package was very well wrapped and in a perfect, undamaged state. However, upon opening it I found that there was a fault in the assembly of the game, obviously in its manufacture. It was only a minor issue but it had to be sorted out before we could use the game. It wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it as it was a relatively easy fix which I was quite able to do myself. I sent a photo of the problem and an email to explain. I received an email the next day offering sincere apologies and would a 50% partial refund be acceptable. It was, I thought, extremely generous so of course I accepted. This is the first time I have used this company and I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and professionalism of the company. If only all online companies could be this efficient wouldn’t it be a wonderful world! Do I recommend this company? Of course I do. I gave it 5 stars didn’t I! If the option was there to give it more, I would have done.

I had a problem with a manufacturer and E-Bikes Direct relentlessly brokered the conversation with the vendor so we had a solution.
I really recommend this company as they will support you when something goes wrong; and that's what really matters nowadays!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Excellent customer service and such nice staff. My boys loved their bikes and they rushed the delivery for me, couldn’t thank them enough. Would 100% use them again.

Just had 2 bikes arrive from EBD within a week of ordering them. Phoned once just to check on the order and the guy on the other end was very helpful and made sure they were processed / being despatched with a rough date on delivery. Since the call i had several emails from EBD and their delivery company (Arrowxl) on the progress and with a 3hr timeslot when they would arrive. On the day Arrowxl sent another email to confirm it was coming and then rang me 45mins prior to arrival . The bikes were well packaged with no signs of any damage when opened and unpackaged. Loads of bubble wrap around the bikes. Not used yet (batterys on charge) but cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish.

Outstanding customer support from start the finish. Ordered a pool from them, it was delivered within 48 hours as stated. I ordered a ladder, not realising it came with one, the customer service was brilliant, arranged a courier to collect
Would highly recommend.

BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Was a pleasure to deal with this company. I have not used a bike for over 50 years and after having 2 major operations on my right knee my consultant suggested cycling !!
I rang E-Bikes Direct and dealt with a super non pushy very helpful representative called Danny. He advised me on what to buy for myself and my long suffering wife.
After careful consideration we decided to go ahead and ordered 2 e-bikes. the Bikes arrived on the date promised and very well packaged. So far delighted with the bikes along with the excellent service we have experienced with this company.

I ordered on line and asked for a confirmation call to confirm the 2 bikes were in stock and would be delivered in a short timescale.
There are too many companies saying they have bikes in stock when they don't. Well done and thank you.

I placed 3 stars which are all actually for the pleasant experience i had with Davey on the customer services team . Unfortunatly my bike arrived faulty and i was not able to assemble it . However Davey was very pleasant and very helpful and arranged for a courier to pick it up and a refund put into my account . Id recommend keeping the box until the bike is assembled just in case you have to send it back.

Brought a frozen 2 bike for our daughters 4th birthday, we got the 14" which fits her perfectly.... came within 2 days of ordering. Very happy with the service, would dedinetly recommend. And this was the cheapest we found too, very happy 😊

Had the most amazing experience purchasing for the second time with e-bikesdirect , first time round had some really helpful questions answered and advice given over the phone with regards to sizing etc . I then purchased a bike for my eldest and it couldn’t of been more perfect and exactly what I was after . The delivery was super quick and ‘FREE’ to which I received the next working day ! The second purchase I left to the last minute expecting super quick delivery again but the couriers informed us that there will be a delay due to the bank holidays and staff shortages, this was due to no fault of the company itself but o thought I would see if there was anything they could do to help me get the item as soon as possible and in time for my sons birthday . They near on answered my Facebook message immediately and this was out of working hours which I greatly appreciated. With an immediate response of we will try our best to get it delivered asap for you and speed up the delivery if we can but cannot promise anything . This was a good enough response for me and lovely customer service . But even better I awoke the next day to a message stating they had managed to speed up delivery and it will be with me by lunch time . So so happy with the bike but also with the amazing customer service . I will not be purchasing a bike from anywhere else in the future and I will without doubt be recommending to anyone who will listen . And thanks to you we have two very happy little boys :) thank you !

I was looking for an online e bike company that accepts cycle2work vouchers when I contacted e bikesdirect,
From 1st contact to my e bike being delivered to my house ,it's been a pleasure doing business with them,
I picked the Basic Beacon with the larger battery it is a breeze to pedal and I highly recommend this bike as I highly recommend e bikesdirect.

Excellent customer service, bike arrived very quickly, as described and I was well informed during the process, bike was packaged well and was great value for money.

I am a returning customer. I contacted them just recently with an enquiry and they responded so quickly. I hadn’t expected to receive the item this side of Christmas (it currently being a couple of days until Christmas Eve), but to my amazement it arrived this morning. Brilliant service!

Be careful with this company - ordered a bike at the beginning of December and had email to say it has been dispatched. Came to the 20th December...still no bike, which was a Christmas gift for my son. Took days to get hold of them via email or phone - have finally received a refund. It appears some people get their orders, but customer communication is clearly not at the top of their list of priorities.

Company couldn't have been more helpful!
I wanted to get my partner a bike for Christmas but had no idea where to start, I found one I thought may be suitable so emailed the company and explained, they were extremely helpful and asked me a few questions about what he was looking for, they then sent me some links to a few different bikes, one of which I have ordered. It hasn't arrived yet but I've emailed the company again today to see if there's a way I can track it, so hopefully it will be fine and it's just delayed because of the busy period.

Went to visit the shop in Bodium as I wanted to try for size. The guys working on Saturday 2nd October couldn't have been more friendlier and helpful. Ordered 2 x Crussis E bikes. VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. Came built ready to go apart from having to straighten the handle bars. Well wrapped to avoid damage too.
Had e-mail to say Arrowexcel would deliver on the Friday followed by text from Arrowexel to say the bikes would not be delivered on that day as they are sitting in the wrong depot. Contacted E Bikes and they were on the case straight and arranged for it to be sorted as an overnight to ensure they were delivered the next day. They were. Excellent service and highly recommend EBikesDirect to anyone.

I have ordered this Bike back on the 7th of October. On the 11th of October, I have received an email that my order been dispatched. It is the 17th now still haven't received it. The company website states that my order has been delivered as it's instructed (on the 11th) !?
Certainly wasn't delivered to me.
Very Disappointing.

Ordered a bike for little ones 2nd birthday, delivery was nice and quick! There was parts missing when we went to assemble it unfortunately. Emailed on Friday night, response by Monday morning asking what was missing etc. The parts was delivered by Friday! Best customer service I have received in a long time and so impressed. Special thanks to Allan for the speedy response!
