In eerste instantie miste ik een deel van mijn bestelling, maar nadat ik contact opgenomen met de klantenservice kreeg ik binnen een paar uur al reactie. Ik werd goed geholpen met vraag en er werd snel een simpele oplossing gevonden voor het probleem. Geen gedoe met foto's als bewijs van een missend onderdeel. De levertijd is iets wat aan de lange kant, maar dat is ook aangegeven op de site en niet gek als het uit Amerika moet komen. Kortom snel en goed geholpen

Great customer service (CS)! I chose Blue Azure but was informed that there is no stock so option to choose another colour and also gave a USD20 off.
The Rhino FF helmet came but (M) was too small so I shipped it back. When the Slate Grey (L) came, was a good fit. I used it the following day! Quality is good, beautiful design, lightweight and 27 vents! Inner lining is detachable for washing. Extra cheek pads (bigger). Would recommend it to my friends. Nicer if had a couple more colour choices. CS is great with quick response, sending follow ups & shipment tracking. Thanks Effy!

I received the wrong helmet color and ran into a few issues returning it.They sent a new helmet with the correct color. I am all the way on the East Coast so the time difference is a big factor. They were able to solve my issue within 48 hours and respond back to my emails in a timely manor.

After reading reviews, I purchased a rechargable SUP pump from Outdoor Master.
Much to my dismay, the pump stopped working properly. I contacted to OM customer support, who, after diagnosing the problem, arranged for a new pump to be sent out immediately.
Things can go wrong, but it is how you deal with the issue that matters.
Outdoor Master have been a great company to deal with.

Amazing Helmet & Even Better Service!
I ordered this mountain bike helmet in a size large, but it ended up being a little too big. I reached out to the company, and they quickly sent me an additional liner to make it fit perfectly — no hassle at all. The helmet itself is lightweight, comfortable, and feels super secure on tough rides. The customer service was outstanding — fast, friendly, and truly cared about making it right. Highly recommend both the helmet and the team behind it!

I recently purchased an OutdoorMaster Shark 3 pump, and the nozzle for my SUP had a piece that broke. I filed a claim and it was very easy and hassle free to get a replacement part.

Received it on time and in perfect condition and I like it.

The 30d return policy is an absolute scam because the company is drop shipping and the costs sending back to China from the EU are very high. They'll tell you to either get 50% back if you don't accept the parcel on arrival or 70€ if you keep the items still but don't return. The address they'll give you also doesn't exist, so don't expect a full refund really.

On top the customer service itself is very slow and needs multiple days to respond.

My recommendation is to stay away from this company.

package came empty in mail and contents removed during shipping. They promptly sent a replacenent.

Bought the SUP shark pump 5 years ago and love it every single time I use it. It’s been the fastest, most reliable and enjoyable pump compared to some of the ones my friends have. Sup ing is so much more enjoyable to have this pump help me inflate my SUP with ease.

It’s very convenient, but I like to use my truck AC plug with long extension cord , more convenient

I purchased the pro goggles/Kelvin helmet bundle one size too big. I reached out to the returns department regarding an exchange for the proper size and let me tell you…The representative (Effy) was very helpful through out the entire transaction and kept me updated with every movements. I love my new gear, I wore it around the house for hours just to test out the comfort level and it exceeded my expectations. Very light materials and up to date with the fashion. Can’t wait to rock these awesome new gear this winter at steamboat!!
