Horrible customer service experience

I called them for detailed information for the service because I wanted to subscribe, friend of mine recommended me , but OMG the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude with me , zero respect and customer service she even started to get angry when I was asking her a questions , so I just said thank you and hang out the phone and would never subscribe with this service . I can see alot other reviews with bad customer service experience.

Great product keeps you well informed on all aspects of arrival and updates,Adam and his coworker were a credit to the company courteous and helpful and polite no problems does what it says and more highly recommend to all plus a variety of colours available looks good not to big perfect for anyone's kitchen great company on tap thanks

Simple straight forward , professional service

Fitting was easy and straight forward . Brett and his colleague checked our set up and fitted our new machine with ease . They provided a friendly and professional service , explained how it worked and answered any questions I had. Would recommend. We love our new water machine!

Thank you to Fern for sorting out my filter and UV delivery pack that got delivered to me. not sure they would have arrived without her help and restored trust in company.

4 attempts and Fern to the rescue!

The agents on whatsapp was not helpful, I had attempted 4 times to find out how I could log into my account. The agents need more training instead of just telling me to come back in 24-48hours for a password reset link. 🤦‍♀️

If it wasn’t for Fern this would’ve been a 1 star and I would have cancelled the renewal because of how the Whatsapp team handled this.

Fern was very understanding as to why I was frustrated and put off with the whole situation. You have exceeded expectations and i’m very grateful for how diligent you were with handling my case. Also very patient and verified she was from Ourtaap when I was worried about GDPR. Extremely professional, went above and beyond and really appreciate everything you did today. Shout out to the backend team for collaborating with Fern too. :)
