I have experienced great customer service. They booked an engineer promptly to fix the problem with my water machine and Steff the engineer was excellent. He knew exactly what to do and kept on touch so I knew when he would arrive.

Our taap was very helpful with helping me and sorted out the problem for me very quickly

Engineer Jala attended to fix a faulty pipe. His customer service skills are excellent and has a positive attitude. This is the type of people that companies need. Well pleased. 5 star service from Jala.

Great service from the initial ordering online, arranging the installation appointment around my work schedule and then a friendly engineer called Paul W installing the machine. Would highly recommend. Great for my teens who want instant hot water for their noodles, or me for my cup of tea, also we drink a lot of water so to have cold filtered water is fabulous.

I absolutely love my water filtration system! I’ve had mine for over five years now, and I honestly couldn’t imagine ever going back to drinking tap water or bottled water.

After more than five years of constant daily use, the cup holder on my system was starting to show a little cosmetic wear and tear, which is completely understandable.

One of the fantastic benefits of having a subscription is the peace of mind that comes with it. If anything goes wrong with the system, replacement parts are provided free of charge. They’ve kindly arranged to send me a brand-new cup holder and nozzle at no additional cost!

We have been on a subscription service. The filter is sent out regularly and we have only had one issue.
This was dealt with, quickly via online chat. John was very helpful
