Our Taap Arvostelua

It was very good and helpful

We have been so impressed with TAAP from start to finish. The whole experience, from ordering through to installation, was absolutely brilliant – straightforward, professional and hassle-free.

As for the water filter itself, we honestly wouldn’t be without it now. Since installing our TAAP, we drink so much more water than we ever did before. The water tastes lovely and fresh, but for us the biggest thing is the peace of mind it gives us. We no longer find ourselves wondering about what might be in our tap water – we simply fill our glasses and enjoy it.

It’s amazing how quickly it's become something we use every day, and we would really notice if it wasn’t there.

A genuine 10/10 from us. Fantastic product, brilliant service and something I would happily recommend to family and friends.

Ezekiel was very helpful and knowledgeable

I spoke with Ezekiel who was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We discussed the product at length and was persuaded to proceed with an Our Taap system. She explained everything in great detail and I’ve no doubt that I will be a very pleased customer. 5 star service

Amazing service from Ezekiel today! Rapport built and so informative. We had a great conversation! The only reason for the 4 stars is due to the website.

Jeff was great thanks

Ezekiel was lovely, helped me placed my order.

I really wanted to take the time to recognise Chiqui Ann Aquino, Product Specialist, because she genuinely provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced from any company.

From the moment I spoke to Chiqui, she was incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with. Nothing felt rushed or scripted — she has that rare ability to make you feel as though you are speaking to someone who genuinely cares about helping you. She was such an absolute pleasure to talk to that I honestly could have stayed chatting to her on the phone!

Chiqui is a fantastic ambassador for the company and exactly the sort of person every customer hopes to deal with. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognised, so I really hope this feedback is passed on to her management team and that she receives the recognition she deserves.

Chiqui, thank you again from me for being absolutely fantastic. You genuinely made my day.

More Chiquis are needed everywhere!
