Our Taap Arvostelua

This is only a review of the installation
Brett who installed today was very professional and respectful of the worktops and general area he was working in he cleared and cleaned as he went he also demonstrated the machine and set it up to my required cup size . Good communication as to arrival time and informative as to why I should keep the packaging in case we changed our minds

UPDATED REVIEW:
A very helpful + sympathetic telephone call from OurTaap customer team member Fern has kindly agreed to help us with matter & we are very satisfied with the resolution. Great after service, couldn’t ask for more. Thank you

Whilst we have enjoyed the water system, please beware that once the unit has been purchased & you have a contract with them, if your circumstances change & you have to move house which cannot accommodate the unit, they charge you for the remaining months service which they will not be providing to you - some help or sympathy would be more professional than taking money for a service they will not be required to provide

Excellent true gentleman.
Very helpful

Awesome service by Ezekiel great experience

Ezekiel explained everything thoroughly to my understanding

Great reliable service, fresh filtered water at a touch of a button. Very convenient with hot room temperature and cold water to choose from things get done quickly. Easy to use and plenty of tips and troubleshooting options.

Remedios was brilliant. Sorted my query in no time at all and got parts sent straight away. Excellent customer service. Thanks !

Jala has fixed our water filter machine today and he was absolutely amazing. He called before attending and during the service he was very professional, friendly and quick. He explained what he was doing step by step. Very pleased of his service.

Honestly, I’m really happy with the service. It’s been a pleasure, and I really appreciate all the help and support I’ve received. Remedios has been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you so much! ❤️

Remedios was amazing he sorted the problem immediately thank you so much

My new Taap machine was installed today, the newer version looks sleek, slimmer and better than the bulky old one. Although it brings out only cold water which is better for me and more practical than the old one. The installation was done by PAUL L, he was on time, very professional, very very neat with his job. He gave options of where it's best to be placed in the kitchen and helped tidied up after installation. He made the job look so easy and also went through the machine itself with me, how to use it and how to change the cartridge when it's sent out. Thank you Paul L.

Excellent service! Ezekiel was extremely helpful, friendly and patient throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was made quick and easy. I truly appreciate the support and would highly recommend Our Taap. Five-star service!

The experience when the engineer (Graeme) attended to repair/replace product. It was an excellent experience. The engineer was neat/tidy, informative by way of advising what work he would be doing and answering any questions asked. Lastly he was very polite and professional. The product was replaced without any problems . Excellent service overall by engineer and company.

Jala the engineer . Where do I start ? He communicated with me from the day before . Which allowed me to plan for the school run , & once he was in my address . He was polite and full of positive energy . & finally he made sure my cup sizes were set and ensure I knew all the functions on the machine . Thank you Jala

Good service, there was an issue with my original order nd Ezekiel sorted it.

Emil is very friendly and very helpful and good manners to talk.

Many thanks for his visit.

I called Our Taap earlier this morning as I am interested in the product and would love to hear more.

Remedios was my customer service operator and they were very efficient. Excellent service

Ezekiel was very helpful! He went through all the information with me clearly so I could fully hear and understand what I was agreeing to. He also explained the process and let me know about all of the available colour ways that the system comes in.
At one point my phone reception dropped and he called me straight back, he was also very friendly on the phone 10/10 customer service!

Thanks, Calvin, for the great, friendly customer service you provided. I appreciate you resolving the issue promptly.
