I came across a social media ad for a product being sold at an unbelievably low price. The link led me to what looked like a well-known, trusted local retail store website, everything about it seemed legit. Thinking it was safe, I went ahead and placed the order.

But after making the payment, things started to get weird. I didn’t get any confirmation about the product. Instead, a charge appeared on my bank account from OurHomeFlow. Then, on the same time, I saw another charge from Decor2House — a site I’ve never even heard of. That’s when I knew something was off.

Turns out they secretly enrolled me into some sort of subscription. And even worse — after the subscription, they made another charge, calling it a "top-up" or something. They took even more money from my bank account without warning. I didn’t approve any of this. There was no clear message, no receipt, nothing. They just kept taking my money.

There’s no option on their website to cancel the subscription or remove your card. I had to literally block my card to stop them from draining more money.

I reached out to their support — and they completely ignored me at first. It took several follow-ups before someone finally replied. And guess what? They told me they’d give my money back only if I left a 4 or 5-star review on Trustpilot. Like… seriously? You scam me, and then ask me to help cover it up?

The only reason I even agreed was to try and get my refund. But now that I’ve seen how many others went through the same thing — I can’t stay quiet. This whole thing is just wrong.

Please don’t fall for it like I did. It’s a trap. The ads are fake. The site is fake. The charges are real. And the 5-star reviews? They’re forced.

Es un total fraude, me estuvieron cargando a mi tarjeta de crédito por cuatro veces cantidades de $155 aprox, como ??? No entiendo no tengo ni idea de qué empresa es y como accedieron a mi banca móvil, que miedo, o sea que no hay ninguna seguridad y cualquier estafador te puede hackear ??? Necesito que me hagan mi reembolso de lo robado fechas del 21 de mayo al 20 de junio
